Chapter 3: The Blank Beast

Max walked around the Hotel, looking for the source of the scream, he went around asking everyone if they screamed or needed his help. They all replied with variations of no, leaving Max confused, so he went to ask Golden Freddy. The yellow bear was sitting on the floor next to the basement, it was a spot he always sat in. Max asked Goldie if he knew where the source of the scream was. After a few awkward seconds, Max thanked the golden animatronic and soon headed outside. He walked along the dirt path that would lead to the Hotel and soon headed off it, going into the forest. The moon was at its peak as it was only a few minutes past midnight, the wind gently blew making the leaves as other greenery rustles in the cool night. Crickets chirped and owls hooted, despite the fact, Max lived on the island for years, there was this certain, unease tonight.

"Suzy? You out here? Goldie said you screamed! Is everything alright?" Max asked, semi-shouting into the woods.

He already checked his tree where Suzy was last, but she wasn't there, so he traveled deeper into the woods. Twigs snapped under his feet as he continued his trek, but he figured it was nothing. Max looked around. soon stating if Suzy jumped out and scared him he would throw her into the room. Soon after a few more steps, he saw something in a clearing. It was Suzy! Part of her head was missing revealing the hollow insides. Her right arm was separated, snapped in half. The other arm having holes in it as if something grabbed and pierced her arm. Max gasped in shock, looking down in horror at his mutilated friend. He went down to her level and shook her, trying to make her snap out of her state, but to no response, her eye still wide with a shocked expression.

However, slowly but surely, the doll's eyes slowly looked up and behind Max. Suzy threw her needle with red thread attached to it into the tree! Max was confused at first, but swiftly a dark figure burst from the treetop! Leaves scattered as the silhouette of the creature was seen in the moonlight, letting out a monstrous roar. It landed on the ground and grinned at the two of them. It had pale white skin, long arms with anthropomorphic legs. Its arm ended in a hand with five fingers, only slightly longer than an average human, and ended in claws that looked as if it could tear things to shreds. Max was in shock, he's never seen anything like that before. When he asked what it was, Suzy replied saying that was the thing that attacked her! The monster rose to its feet, being somewhat the same height as Max. Its mouth open and revealed its ability to speak.

"I am here for DNA samples. If you resist, you will die." It sounded rather hoarse yet guttural at the same time, like a person trying to imitate a standard monster voice. Max laid Suzy down and stood up to the creature, looking rather cheesed.

"You hurt my friend. I'm a boy that believes not to resort to violence. But you? You are gonna pay!" Max said, his eyes were no longer green, but a rather nice shade of red. He scowled at the creature and soon raised his hands.

Black particles formed around his hands as his eyes glowed. Suzy was confused, at least, until the same particles formed around the creature. It looked at Max, confused by this action. It soon was thrown back, hitting a tree with great force! The blank creature shook its head and opened its eyes, stating that Max has made his choice. The eyes of the monster shifted from white eyes with black pupils, to black eyes with white pupils. It roared and got on all fours, sprinting at Max with full speed! It was like a deer running straight for you, but Max was ready for it. It leaped and tried striking Max with its claw, but it missed! It landed and twisted its body back to look at the boy, as it jumped Max used his powers to knock it back again, smirking at this action.

It skidded across the grassy terrain and went back to Max for another attack. It raised its hand, making a fist. Max grabbed the fist with his hand but was not expecting the monster to use its other claw to strike, this ended up giving Max a nasty claw mark on his side. He recoiled and gripped his side. traces of blood getting on his hand, he looked back and saw the Creature was gone. He looked around when he heard Suzy scream, alerting Max that the creature was behind him, but instead of turning around, he grabbed the lunging creature's neck and slammed it in front of him! He soon started to swing the monster around, knocking him into trees and pricker bushes, before letting him go flying into a nearby shrub.
