I don't want to sleep.
I can't sleep.
It all creeps in when I do, the darkness, the people, the memories.
It's never friendly, not dreams, but not nightmares.
You'll never get use to it, you learn to live with it tho.
You may never get rid of it, you might, might not. You can try to forget, but will you?
But it's a good thing if you do or don't. Because you where able to remember it. You can remember what happened, because you survived
You may not like having to remember it, but it reminds you that you lived. You're free.
But you still might not be able to sleep
