Nayeon POV

"Here is your extra large fries." I said placing the basket of fries in front of a very hyper 6 years old who was currently using his toy car to smash his peas on the table.

"Can you clean this up?" His mom said.

She was sitting next to him asked me without taking her eyes off from her laptop screen and gesturing her hand offhandedly towards the mess her son had make. I nodded and silently grumbled as I retreated to the closet to fetch the mop. This was the third time I was cleaning up that 6 years old kid's mess. The last two times it was a fries and now it was the coke. The mom didn't even pay heed to her son's mischief.

After finding the mop, I started cleaning the wooden floor which was spattered in coke. The incident with Jennie didn't seemed leave my mind. I kept in thinking about my friendship with Jennie. I kept thinking where is actually went wrong. Or maybe she was always like that and I failed to realise it. First time I knew Jennie and Yeri when I were eighth grade. I'm not that popular or not so nerd person in school. But, I love being alone. So, I didn't have a best friend until they come.

They both were friends who transferred from the same school together and they were having a hard time to finding the classes. So, I decided to help them. Jennie was always the quiet one but Yeri were talked to me like we had known each other forever. That was the beginning our friendship and soon we become best friend but some high school drama kicked in. As the result Jennie and Yeri broke apart and not only that Yeri's family had to transfer somewhere else. Then, Yeri become the friend who you would only wish birthdays once a year on facebook.

But like I said, I never knew what happen between Jennie and Yeri. I never had chance to heard it from Yeri and I don't think I should asked it. They have keep it from me and I never knew who's fault it is. But I never fought with Yeri so, we never been awkward when we meet again. Besides, Yeri itself was talk active. All this time, all I heard was from Jennie. And she kept telling me that Yeri is a bitch who betrayed her.

"Ahem." Someone clearing their throat bought me back from my thought to reality.

I looked down just to see that the whole time I was wiping Yeri's converse with the mop. I instantly stopped wiping the floor or should I say Yeri's converse.

"G! I'm so sorry." I apologised.

"Are you okay? Why are you so lost Nabong?" She asked.

"Hmm, yeah. I'm okay. Just-." I sighed.

"I know its because of her, right? Can we just forget about that bitch now? She betrayed both of us. That time you told me, I just knew it, its her." Yeri said.

"Yes, I guess-. Wait! Betrayed both of us? How?" I asked in confused.

She sighed. Then, she dragged me to seat at the table in the corner.

"Do you remember in high school I had the biggest crush in Woo Bin and we were almost going out?" She said.

"Yeah." I nodded.

But, I don't like where this is going.

"I saw Jennie was making out with him after school behind the school's parking lot." She said leaned her back in the chair.

"What?" I almost yelled.

She shush me.

"Yeah. But, that's not the reason I mad at her. The reason is she stabbed me by spread the rumours about me. I just know at the time, the reason me break up with all my boyfriend before all because of her. She stab me. She betrayed me." She said sighed again.

"Seriously? And why you didn't tell me anything that time?" I yelled shock written over my face.

"Eh? I thought you knew, okay? And I thought you already choose to took Jennie's side. That's why I choose to cut all my connections with you guys." She again leaned back at her chair.

"And how I supposed to know what happened between you guys when no one informed me about this?" I glowered.

She heaved sighed.

"You know that bitch cheated on both of us. She was the one told me that you took her side. Well, guess she lied. And I guess I should have heard your side of the story before judging you. I'm sorry Nabong." She said hold my hand.

I pursed my lips, resting my mop against a chair next to me and crossing my chest.

"I thought you considered my as your best friend. And best friend don't walk away from each other no matter what happened. If you told me for what happen between you guys, I definitely and I would always been by your side." I said.

"Yeah, yeah. I know. That's what I said I'm sorry. I should told you than believed what Jennie said. I should know she always had manipulate trick. So, I'm sorry okay." Yeri said winked at me.

I sighed.

"Yeah. Its fine. Now, I know what actually happen. But, next time tell me." I said.

"Okay. So, lets go clubbing tonight! You, me and Suho. It would be so much! And besides we need destress ourselves. And you, Im Nayeon are in dire need of getting drunk and partying so hard that you forget your own name." Yeri said get up and walked towards me.

I sighed.

"I can't Yeri. Chaeyoung would be alone at home. And I definitely won't leave her by herself alone with that annoying ghost. You know how horrible she is. And I don't want Chaeyoung get her negative vibes." I said thinking of Jeongyeon.

"Oh come on! Just one day. Besides, Chaeyoung already a big kid. She know what bad and good for her. Jeongyeon wasn't that bad. I think they will be okay. Or you can asked Ryujin to company her. Easy right? Oh come on Nabong. Sometimes you need to relax a bit. Please please!" Yeri suggest and pleading me.

"Okay fine." I said as I gave up.
