Lana's POV

"Up next, last month's chart topper and this months number thirty, 'Primadonna' by Marina And The Diamonds-"

I turn off the radio

"She's everywhere, Chuck.." I put my cigarette out on the hard concrete floor. We're having a pool day because it's hot. Very very hot.

Chuck's my little sister and best friend pretty much. I'm only a little older than her so we've always been close. She has blondish light brown hair, and we have the same eyes and ears.

We did used to have the same nose but... you get it. Mine changed.

Chuck's very pretty, and so very skilled at photography. She's proving to be quite useful in terms of my photoshoots - she always comes with me to make sure they're the absolute best they can be.

My legs are in the cool water. Chuck's in there too. She doesn't really know Marina, but she does know how I feel about her. So she's over at my house listening to me complain.

"Doesn't she feel the same way about you?" She asks, coming to the side of the pool to talk to me.

"I guess.. She called me her stalker, can you believe that?" I ask, she puts her arms on the edge of the pool and rests her chin on them

"I can. You do impose yourself on her quite a lot"

"Whatever.." I mumble, swirling my feet around in the water "not a lot a lot"

"I don't get why you bother her, what is it you want? Her attention, her reactions, what?"

"I like getting to her" I raise my shoulders "it's cute". I think about Marina and how much I enjoy making her squirm. I smile a little "I know she likes it anyway, she challenged me to find out where she lives pretty much."

"How's that going for you?" She asks

"Well that's where you come in.." I look at her, she smiles "what?"

"You like her"

"No I.." I pause "can you help? You know Charli don't you? Charli's her friend, she'd know her address."

"And you thought her calling you a stalker was out of pocket?" She teases, I narrow my eyes at her

"Will you help me or not? I don't wanna lose her little game. It's been bugging me."

"Of course I'll help. Just be prepared to look like a stalker"

"She challenged me, I'm not a stalker"

"Sure.." she splashes me as she lifts herself out of the pool

"Thanks" I mutter bitterly, handing her a towel

"If you go get my phone, you can call Charli yourself" she pats herself a little with the towel, halfheartedly drying off "I'm sure she'll help you out"

"Thanks" I smile, getting up from the water "you're the best"

I dry my legs off then take her phone and walk through to my living room, lying down on my couch when I get there.

I really like my house. I think it's perfect. I have nice, clean, white walls and hard marble floors, my artwork and furniture adds the color to the room.

My house is what I spent my second paycheque on, because the first I used to clear some debt. I'm doing well financially, and I'm proud of myself for that. I have the career I've always wanted and it's getting better and better.

But all I can seem to focus on is Marina. And I can't stop myself. That's why the opportunity to call Charli is a very exciting one.

I get into Chuck's phone with ease - she knows my passwords, I know hers. I trust her with everything.
