it was the next day and jimin's head is hurting. he groaned and slowly got himself up while scanning his surroundings. he doesn't freak out or anything since he knew that this is his girlfriend's house. the place where he always went every time he got drunk. always.

"you're awake, come here and eat your breakfast, you need to sober up" she appeared with her wet hair after showering. it was 1 pm and jimin widened his eyes. this is the first time he got up this late. usually, he would get up at 10 and immediately left her house.

"how bad was i last night?" he asked while eating his soup. "like usual, bad" she calmly said, also eating her lunch. he nodded as silence continues to fill the air. his eyes glanced at her beautiful face, but he noticed something different in her.

she doesn't smile brightly at him like usual, she doesn't talk that much anymore and mostly she doesn't say 'good morning' to him which he likes to hear. he decided to talk it out.

"what's wrong with you?" okay maybe that was a little harsh as he quickly shut his mouth. he waited for her to answer but she kept eating her food with a stern look on her face. he scoffed to himself wondering why would he ask that in the first place. "whatever, i was stupid to ask" he stood up and grabbed his coat, making his way to the exit door.

"what did you expect? me to be all lovely dovey to you? saying good morning to you when it's 1 fucking pm? taking care and loving you while you don't give a single shit to me?"

jimin stood frozen on his spot. surprised at her explosion. 2 years of dating, he never once seen her mad, yell, or even sulk. his eyes met her furious eyes as she stood up and walked closer towards him.

"what? are you surprised? are you surprised that i can get angry or disappointed?"

"you're different"

"i'm not different, i'm just tired of pretending that i'm fine"
