Part 21: Awkward Return

It was the afternoon, you guys were almost home. Everyone was awake, everyone talking to everyone. You saw Kenji about to bother Bakugou. You ran up to him and pulled him away by the collar.

'Hey, His majesty sent in a complain about you'

'What I do know?'

You didn't wanna say what you heard so you told him half the truth.

'Well he didn't say but he told me that you need to stay away from him'

'And you agreed?'

'Yep'

'Because...?' 

'Because, you're...you?'

'Wow... Okay I see how it is, I won't bother him'

'Thank you now go away'

'Y/N I CAN SEE THE ISLAND'

'Alright! Everyone-'

Right as you said that everyone got into place and you guys safely and gentle stopped before crashing into the island.

'Ken, tie this to that'

Mina said and Kenji saluted her and tired the boat to the post.

'Okay! Done'

[Let's just skip the confusion of where Kenji and Tastuo are living]

It was about an hour since you had all arrived and you were introducing your siblings to the queen.

'Uhm, Queen Mistsuki, this is Tatsuo and Kenji L/n'

They both bowed and you just silently laughed to yourself.

'So Ken does have manners..'

'Maid! Please escort these two to the rooms on the west wings'

'Yes, my queen'

The made walked in the direction of the west wing and you gestured for them to follow. They sped walked to follow the maid. Everyone else was dismissed except for you.

'Y/n, thank you for the updates and keep track of this one'

Mitsuki said and made Bakugou bow. You bowed back and she kept talking about the next events coming up. She dismissed you and you just went to your room. You looked around and started unpacking your bag. You put the trinkets everywhere and anywhere you could.

You heard a knock on your door and the very same ash blonde cam in.

'Denki I said I don't have-- Oh hey uhm Bakugou'

He just went and sat down on your bed.

'Damn it... Now? Of all times..'

'What do you need?'

He just stayed quiet and looked at the trinkets on your nightstand.

'Okay why the hell are you in here?'

'Because I can be...'

You were kinda surprised Bakugou didn't yell at all in the moment. You took a deep breath and  kept unpacking your things. When you turned back to face your bed you saw a peaceful, sleeping Bakugou. You laughed at how easily he fell asleep and you went over to put him on the bed correctly.

'But why my room of all places...?'

You said to the fast asleep blonde and looked at his hair. You were in thought for a moment before touching his hair. You thought it was going to be spiky and rough. In actuality, it was soft and, in your eyes, looked like a dandelion. Bakugou face kept twitching but eventually stopped.

Your eyes wondered to his lips but you immediately snapped out of it and went to the hammock in the corner of your room. You laid down in it, your tail hanging off, wings curled around your body and your elf ears slightly twitching as you got comfortable.

It was late, Bakugou woke up and didn't realize where he was, til he saw the bits and bobs on the night stand. He looked around to see where you were and saw a tail swinging back and forth. He walked over and saw that you were sleeping. He tried waking you up so you could go back to yor bed but you...were a heavy sleeper.

'Oi! Wake the hell up'

Not a sound, not even a grunt or groan. He rolled his eyes and tried to get you out of the hammock. Once he finally got you out her carried your, bridle style.

'Could've just woken me up...'

He said, talking to you. He looked at you and all the little scales on your arms, wings, face. He set you down and stared at you for a minute. He walked away, but right as her got to the door, he stopped.

'Good night...Y/n'

He said to a fast asleep [h/c] haired girl and walked down the ridiculously long flight of stairs.
