Chapter 6

At the Bogs...

The scout returned with disturbing news.

How can it not be? The son of the General of the Venomari, their little human child has been taken prisoner from another Serpentine Clan, the Hypnobrai. Poor Lloyd, kidnapped by human children, then captured by one of the tribes they sealed away a long time ago. If they discover Lloyd is part of the tribe, they will not hesitate to torture him or even kill him. This cannot continue as it is. They need to get Lloyd out of there then take care of the Hypnobrai, making sure they do not escape again.

"Shall we rally the armies and prepare for an assault on the Hypnobrai?" The female scout recommended as the old general was deep in thought.

"No, they still do not know of Lloyd's relations to us. If we act, they may kill him. The best course for Lloyd's survival and our enemy's imprisonment, we will need a stealthy covert team to rescue my son, then, we can deal with those rattle tails. To victory my brethren." General Acidicus ordered as the spy bowed to the general.

When he was alone, he looked to the sky and thought of his adoptive son.

"Lloyd, be safe..."

At the Tree House Fort...

Llyod was homesick, it was true as he missed the necklace, he once had was stolen from the red ninja.

He was in the snake den of a different kind, his tribe's enemies were around him and if not for the general's own hypnotized state, he would have been dead. The boy was uneasy as the snakes continued to build. Brad and Gene were too busy to play with him as he became more confused.

Why did his friends do such things?

Shouldn't they be playing and having fun, not hurting, and abusing others?

Lloyd really didn't understand or why the Red Ninja took his necklace but next time he was getting it back, and he'll have his venom ready.

"THE NINJA ARE HERE!!!!" They screamed as the snakes and Lloyd spotted them headed their way.

Lloyd was about to run when Skales grabbed him.

"You are not going anywhere."

At the frozen prison...

Lloyd was with Brad and Gene again as Skales formally challenged the general for the rights to the tribe.

"Guys, we need to leave now," Lloyd warned.

"Shh! He's going to kick his butt." Brad hushed.

"I think Lloyd is right, I think we should take our leave..."

Then as they were talking, Skales dealt the final blow and with that became General.

They were forced to flee.
