A couple of days went passed and we were waiting for the court hearing. I visited Rafe everyday and waited for Sunday, court day.
Today is Sunday. I dressed in a white blouse and black trousers. I went to court with the pogues and they were going to stay there and watch. They tried to dress nice but they only had beach clothes, they would do though. I walked in with them and saw Rafe sitting by himself in the corner. I walk over to him, he is wearing a all black suit and looks hot. He didn't say much to me only a hello or how are you. He held my hand tightly and we waited for the judge. She came in and we all went up and took our seats. Rose was there with Ward, they were in matching suits, ew. The judge told us to sit down and Ward told his side of the story first. He started, 'Molly is a 16 year old girl dating Rafe a 19 year old.' Rafe squeeze my hand tighter. 'Rafe hits Molly. I came home to hun one night and Molly was after cheating on him with a boy. Rafe was so angry and hit her again. She annoyed him by saying 'I hate you.' And he shot her shoulder. He then felt bad and guilty and brought her to hospital. I am concerned for Molly and think Rafe has trapped her in an abusive relationship.' The judge takes down notes and asks him, 'anything else.' Ward continues, 'Her body has bruises from him hitting her.' The judge looks concerned and a women security guard took me to a private room. I did have bruises from Rafe. The woman told me to strip and she saw the bruises and took pictures of them and put them up on the court screen. I went back In and Rafe was staring at the screen as so were the others. The judge then turned to us and asked us our side of the story. I said 'Ward hit Rafe everyday when he lived with him, Rafe came back to his house one day and saw wards car and Ward told him that he was staying for awhile. Rafe was devastated. He used to stay with me some nights as he was scared of going back to his house. I went to his house one day and caught Ward hitting Rafe, I have a video here, I'll show you. I went upstairs to Rafe after and Ward came bursting in. Rafe was going down on me and Ward wasn't happy. Ward thought that Rafe was lying about having a relationship with me to make Ward mad. Ward hates pogues and especially hates me. I showed him the video of him hitting Rafe and told him I would report him. Some nasty words were exchanged and Ward got angry with me and shot me. Rafe took care of me and brought me to hospital. Ward ran off and now he is pinning it on Rafe, so Ward won't have to live in fear.' The judge took notes and looked as if she was taking our side more. She asked 'Would you care to explain the bruises on you.' I blush and say 'Rafe and I like to do IT rough.' Rafe smirks. The judge knows what I'm talking about. She then tells us about the lie detector test. They hook us up to it and the judge starts asking questions. First was me.

We went down to the pogues and sat with them. Jj said to Rafe 'if it comes out that is true about you hitting Molly, I'll kill you.' Rafe answered him. 'I'll hit you now and knock some sense into you.' I went over to John b and placed my head on his shoulder, 'You did good foster sis.' I laugh 'Thanks foster bro.' The judge calls us back up and we take our seats. She says, 'Molly every answer you said was true and you answered truly for everyone. Rafe every answer you said was true and you answered truly for everyone of them too.' We smile at eachother. She lowers her voice into a disappointed tone. 'Ward every single answer you gave was a lie, and now with all the evidence I have, I sentence you to six years In prison.' Ward shout 'Six years, what happened to five.' The judge says 'Six years due to abusing your son and shooting someone. And Rafe you will not drive for a month as a punishment for drunk driving and fined 200 dollars.' I jump up into Rafes arms and he looks delighted that he didn't get jail time. He kisses me. I kiss him.
