Sam was just sitting down and reading through older work when Tommy entered through the portal. Sam immediately stood up and stared at Tommy
"I told you, you shouldn't be here anymore-"
"I'm dying..."
Tommy said cutting Sam off
"What?..."
"I'm dying, Sam... I'm going to die and I wanted to say goodbye and apologise for everything I've done..."
Sam didn't even realise he was holding his trident until he heard it fall on the floor. He slowly walked over to Tommy until they were just a meter away
Tommy didn't know what Sam would do, so he squeezed his eyes shut. But he was surprised when he felt Sam wrap his arms around Tommy and pulling him into a hug
Tommy opened his eyes and slowly but surely, hugged back
"Y-your lying..."
"I wish I was... but I've confirmed everything with Puffy..."
Sam reached up to his face and through way his gas mask. He could feel the tears rolling down his face
"I'm sorry about Ghostbur... I should of listened to you..."
"It doesn't matter now... it's the past, and plus we both technically fucked up that day..."
Tommy said trying to add a little humour to the moment. Sam pulled out of the hug and placed his arms on Tommy's shoulders
"Even in a serious moment... your still making jokes"
Sam said with a slight chuckle
"It's just my personality..."
He said with a small proud smile. Sam just chuckled slightly at Tommy's stupid sense of humour
"Your an idiot sometimes"
Sam says jokingly whilst while his face
"Don't tell Dream about my death please..."
Sam nodded already knowing why. He pulled Tommy back into one last hug
"I guess this is goodbye then..."
"I guess so... I'm gonna miss you..."
Sam said with a shaky voice. They pulled away from each other and had one last goodbye before Tommy left. Sam decided he was gonna take a break from being warden, Techno and Dream aren't going anywhere as long as he has the key cards in his ender chest
Tommy exited the prison making sure no one sees him. He's now seen three people in one day. Tomorrow will be the last two before Tubbo and Ranboo
He walked back to his house feeling better about his life. He was already prepared for when he dies. And he knew it would be with his best friends....
