Jack was walking around the server, looking for something to do. He was walking past Tommy's hotel when he was stopped by Sam Nook
"What is it Sam?"
"Mr TommyInnit has requested you visit him in his office"
'The hell does he want?' Jack thought to himself. But decided to see what it was
He slowly made his way up the hotel and into Tommy's office. He looked surprised to see how pale Tommy was
"Have a seat Jack"
Jack got slightly scared at the sound of Tommy's scratchy voice. He slowly and cautiously took a seat opposite Tommy on the table
"The hell happened to you?"
"Long story that isn't your concern"
Tommy sounded serious when he said that
"But, the reason your here is for something very important..."
Tommy said whilst sliding a piece of paper over to Jack
"What's this?"
Jack said in confusion
"I've already signed it, you just need to and then I'll leave..."
Jack looked down at the piece of paper and picked it up. It reads:
"On this date. I will be handing over the hotel and all of its funds to another person. For more than personal reasonings, I have found myself unfit to continue running the hotel and will pass it on to someone I think is well fitted for the job. Once this is signed by both people, I will have nothing to do with the hotel anymore. I will not be in control of it, I will not receive any payments from it and I will not be associated with it anymore.

Jack looked up with the biggest shock ever
"You joking!"
"No joke, I will be signing off the hotel to you..."
Jack didn't even know what to say. He had tried to take the hotel by force but didn't work. And now he's getting it for free
"What's the reason your giving it away?"
Tommy looked down at the table for a moment
"I'm not gonna be around soon... so I have to give it to someone else sooner or later..."
Jack was concerned at what Tommy ment by that
"Are you... running away or something?"
Tommy looked back up at Jack
"No... I'm dying... and I've got to do something with this place..."
Jack was in disbelief. He tried to nuke Tommy already and that didn't work. Tommy had even been beaten to death and that still didn't work
"Just sign it already... I need to go"
Tommy said standing up and walking to the door. He left Jack alone to sign the paper
Jack didn't even know if he wanted the hotel now. But to say thank you to Tommy, he signed and was now the owner of the hotel. He was gonna make the hotel better in Tommy's image
Tommy walked out the hotel saying one last goodbye to Sam Nook before heading to meet warden Sam...
