Yang's pov.

I stood in front of the cheval mirror in my room, looking at the scars that covered my body that I got from my abusive father. Each one was a mark of hatred and abuse that marred my once beautiful body, each one held unpleasant memories, but the worst scars aren't skin deep. For two years after (Y) ran away, my fa- no, the bastard Taiyang began to physically and verbally abuse me and Ruby, but when it was too much to bare, I grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the leg. While Taiyang screamed in pain, I grabbed Ruby and Zwei, and ran away to safety, I knew we needed help from someone, anyone.

It was then I thought about aunt Quill, and we made our way to her. We traveled for two days, cold, scared and hungry. We were trapped by beowolves that looked hungry for food, I feared that this was the end for me and my sister but we were saved by aunt Quill. She asked what was going on and we told her everything, from (Y) being abused and running away, and then that Taiyang turned to abusing both me and Ruby.

Voice: Are you okay?

Yang: Y-Yeah, thanks for saving me and sorry for bumping into you.

I looked up at him and I saw it was that hottie in armor with the white hat and tunic and tattooings on his face. As I took in everything about him, I saw his mouth hanging open as if he was shocked to see me.

Yang: See something you like?

(?): I don't believe it, Yang?

He moved his hands to his face like he was pulling off a mask, and in a blinding flash of light, he changed. I uncovered my eyes to see a welcoming sight. I saw (Y), standing before me. Tears welled up in my eyes, my breath hitched in my throat. I slowly embraced (Y) in a hug and he hugged me back. It felt wonderful to have my brother back, as we hugged I broke down and just cried in his arms for several minutes until I felt better. He then offered a gentle and loving smile and asked if I felt better, I offered him to enter my room so we could sit and talk about our lives.

Yang: So, you transformed. What was that about?

(Y): It truly is, after queen Zelda heard about the unjust treatment against faunus everywhere, she and king Ganondorf held council with Ghira and Kali Belladonna. In hopes to give their people more space and hope that humans and faunus can live together in peace.
