Haru drifted off to the land of sleep, briefly praying to whatever omnipotent supreme galactic omniscient original universal ultimate omnipresence unkillable all-powerful immortal multiversal infinity god. He doesn't know if a supreme being exists. Maybe The Writer is a supreme being? Well, he's already asleep.

"Hi...." A completely white figure of a man appeared after Haru was transported to the all too familiar white space that he hates with a fiery passion. "What now?" Haru said, his voice filled with malice. "Hey.... It's me... remember? We had so much fun in high school." The man said, his body gaining colour. Haru's eyes widen, seeing his old friend. "I-Ivan?" Haru said. "Yes, it's me.... Ivan. The one you pushed off that ledge." Ivan said, smirking at Haru. "Was it worth it? What happened after? Did it go right?" Ivan continued, slowly walking up to Haru. "Did you succeed?" Ivan said, probably asking him his original intention on why he pushed Ivan off the cliff. (I'll explain the reason later in the story)

Haru couldn't find any words to say, he stared into Ivan's eyes with guilt, fear and determination. Such a random emotion to feel at a time like this right? Determination that is. You're staring at your old friend who you killed.. Would you feel that way? Of course not, but Haru was feeling determined to change. Would that really happen? He's a killer. A rapist. A pedophile. A narcissist. An abuser. He did all of those things...yet he lives a happy life in a new world, filled with hot girls and powerful people. He's done messed up things in his past life. Who knows? Maybe he was also fucked up in his previous lives. If reincarnation, without memories, was true that is. It most likely is.

Haru is looking at his inner demons as a source of determination. "No... And I am sorry... I let jealousy take over me..." Haru said. "But I won't expect you to forgive me... Nobody would forgive me if they know about my past. About everything I've done."
Haru continued, lowering his head and staring at the white floor. "Eh... I forgive you. I wish you luck. People change with time." Ivan said with a smile, punching Haru's left shoulder playfully. "What..?" Haru raised his head, but Ivan disappeared with a poof of smoke.

Haru opened his eyes and stared at the stone ceiling. 'That.... was a good first step.' Haru thought to himself as he got out of bed. He did his usual morning routine, set up his bed, brush his teeth, and bathe. Walking out of his room, Haru stumbled upon Teina. "Good morning." Haru bowed his head slightly. "Oh... You're up early. Let us go train immediately." Teina said, already wearing her kimono that seemed easier to move in and also looser. "What about breakfast?" Haru asked. "Breakfast is unnecessary. Now make your way to the lake!" Teina said, zapping Haru's right arm. "Ack..! Okay..! I'm going!" Haru ran out of the castle, straight towards the lake that had a flowing waterfall (from top). "Now what?" Haru turned his head around and looked at Teina who was standing some meters away from Haru.

"Emptybthe lake and fill it back." Teina said, crossing her arms. "Empty....? I guess that's pretty easy." Haru turned his head towards the lake. "Without the use of magic." Teina added. "Haeh?" Haru quickly looked at the smirking Teina. "Let's see how you go about with this problem shall we?" Teina said, a stone chair rising from the ground. She sat down and rested her hands on the armrests. "Is that comfy?" Haru couldn't resist and asked her. "Yes, I turned the properties of this stone chair to become soft as a normal chair." Teina said. Haru turned around and looked at the water. "So I can't directly use magic to get rid of the water?" Haru asked without turning his head. "Yes." Teina said, then a 'slurp' noise came from behind Haru. He looked back to see Teina drinking some type of fruit water (using a straw) directly from the fruit.

He decided to focus on the problem at hand and began thinking. If he can't use magic on the water.... can't he.... Uhhh.... Right.... There.... Yeah, he got nothing. "Only I can't use magic right?" Haru asked Teina. "Yes, you can not use your own magic to remove the water." So how do I fill it back up? If I completely empty the lake, I can't use magic to produce more water." Haru said, a confused expression on his face. "What are you? A special needs student? Figure that out yourself." Teina said, then slurped her fruit juice. 'Hmmm.... Ignoring her blatant insult, I guess I need to empty the lake.... then fill it back up with he waerfall?' Haru thought and looked around for anything he could use. The castle was surrounded by a forest, I said that. But the castle was on an island. And the forest where the castle is located is inside a gigantic hole. There was a river that connected from the lake to the ocean.
