Chapter 9:

☆Savanna P.O.V.☆

I woke up the sound of nothing. I looked out the dorm window and saw it pitch black outside still. Huh, wierd. I glanced over at my alarm clock and it read 12 am. Great, now I can't sleep on a day that I'l really need sleep. I lazily got out of bed trying not to wake up Kt, or Sophia.

I started going downstairs when I got a text message. 'You awake?' I made sure no one was in the downstairs hallway and texted Fabian. 'Yeah. IDK why. Meet me in the Frobisher's Study.' I sneaked into the cellar and went over to the dialler thing and entered the numbers. it slid open and I walked in. I've only been in here a few times.

'K, on my way down.' I sat down on the red sofa and tilt my head back, closing my eyes. I heard the door slide open, and after a minute I opened my eyes to see Fabian sitting in a brown chair a few feet away from me. "So, what are you doing up early?" I ask him curiously.

"I couldn't sleep. I usually don't sleep when it's the night before a mystery ends. I fell asleep for a little bit the night before we built the cup of Ankh, and found the mask of Anubis. Last year when we had to stop Ammut and The Evil Frobisher Smythe, I didn't sleep at all." I nod.

We stayed down tere all night and talked. By the time it reached 6 am we sneaked upstairs. It was Saturday, so we didn't have school today. We ate breakfast with the others and everyone in Sibuna was silent. "Why is it so quiet?" Jerome ask, looking at all of the Sibuna members.

"Jerome, it's Saturday. I'm sure everyones just tired." Joy says nudging him. I get up and wash my dish, then head upstairs but stop once someone grabs my wrist. I turn and see Eddie. "Hey, before we go off looking for the Pyrimid parts, do you want to go somewhere? So, we can spend at least a little time together, today before everything."

I give him a smile, "Yeah, what time?" I ask him and he follows me into my dorm. "Umm...how about we both get ready then well go somewhere." I nod and Eddie walks towards me and opens his arms. We both hug each other for a few minutes. "See you in a little." I nod and he kisses my cheek then walks out of the room.

I get dressed into a purple belly shirt with white stars on it, black leggins, and I put on a black jean jacket. I leave my hair down wavvy. I put on a small amount of eye shadow and eyeliner. Then I put on my black flats and put my phone in my pocket. I put on my moon necklace and headed downstairs.

I see Eddie in the hall and he walks over to me. "Ready?" I nod. We start walking out when Fabian, Nina, Amber, Alfie, Kt, and Patricia stop us. "Where are you guys going? We need you right now." We turn to them. "We want to spend some time together before we build the pyrimid." I tell them. "Guys, you can't. We need to find ways to get the 4 pyrimid parts out of the Cellar without collapsing the house." Patricia says leaning onto the banister.

"Just let us go. We were going to think of ideas to. Plus we promise not to be gone long." Eddie says and the others sigh. Nina steps forward, "Okay. Remeber, not to long guys." We nod and walk out of Anubis House.

"So where are we going?" I ask him. He looks at me, "Follow me." He grabs my arm and we walk a little way into the forest. We stop at a tree house. It's huge and has a balcany. "My dad built this for me when I was little, for when I visited." I smiled and he helped me up. "It's amazing." I tell him a d we sit down.

"So whats your family like?" Eddie ask me. "Umm...the average family I guess. 2 sisters, 3 step sisters and a half brother. You?" I ask him. "I have a sister here in England going to college on the other side of the country. Average family I guess." I nod and look at the ceiling. I felt his gaze on me.

I hear him sigh. "I can't do this Savvy. I can't build the pyrimid knowing theres a chance of something bad happening." I look at him. "Hey, everythings going to be okay. Remember were in this together." I tell him and walk over to him. "I just found out who you are, I can't possiably lose you that soon." I give him a sad smile. "Same. Eddie, remember we will always be there for each other until the end." 

"But-" I cut him off by giving him a look to stop. "Guys, I know your up there. Ra shortened out time. We only have a few hours. What are your orders?" We look at each other and quickly get down to see Jerome there. "Jerome what are you doing here? I thought you weren't in Sibuna." He rolls his eyes.

"Nina, told everyone who's been in Sibuna at some point. She said you guys need all the help you can get. So what are your orders?" He ask again. I stop Eddie, "Well, who do we have in Sibuna now?" I ask him.
They look at me. "So we can split up." I tell them and they nod.

"Umm, Nina, Fabian, Amber, Alfie, Patricia, Kt, Me, Eddie, you, Willow, and Joy." Okay so basically everyone except Mara and Sophia. "Okay, we all need to meet up somewhere. How about, the Crypt in 10 minutes. Go tell everyone." He nods and runs off.

"This is happening now isn't it?" Eddie ask me. I nod, "Yep. Let's get going." He nods and we walk fast to the Crypt. Everyone arrives and we stand around. Nina, Eddie, and I all look at each other to see who would talk first. They look at me and I nod.

"Okay everyone get ready for what I've got to say. We don't have a lot of time. So pay attention and fast." Everyone looks at me quickly and nods. Eddie gives me a soft smile and I smile back. "Okay, what we are about to face will be even more dangerous than Rufus, Victor, Senkarah, Ammut and the Evil side of Frobisher Smythe. Were dealing with a powerful egyptian god named Ra. He wants us to build the pyrimid of Ra. We can't do that without a sacrifice and we will lose one of you today." They all look scared.

"Eddie and I have found where the 4 bottom parts of the pyrimid are. There's a problem though. There in the foundation of Anubis house. We can't get them out without collapsing the whole house. So, we need to find another way." Everyone nods.

"How much time do we have?" I ask Jerome. "3 hours." I nod. "Okay we have three hours guys. Lets split into groups. Nina, Fabian and Amber, you guys go check the Frobisher Libary for any information. Joy and Patricia, go check Frobishers study. Jerome and Kt check the Attic. Willow and Alfie check the school. And Eddie and I will check the Gate house. Lets meet back here in a hour. K?" We all nod and disburst.

Nina's P.O.V.

We've been searching and haven't found anything yet. There's no information on how to get the pyrimid parts out of the foundation without collapsing the house, or anything about the touchstone. Nothing. "Nina, you might want to come see this." I walk towards Fabian and Amber. What I read, shocks me.

Patricia's P.O.V.

Even thought I'm still mad at Eddie for breaking up with me, I can't let the team down and risk dying. Joy and I haven't found anything. We have to meet everyone in 10 minutes. "Look at this Trixie." I turn and see Joy holding up a necklace with a pyrimid on it.
"We better show the others."

Jerome's P.O.V.

Still nothing. We haven't found anything at all. "Maybe we should start heading out. There's nothing here." Kt nods and we leave towards the Crypt.

Alfie's P.O.V.

We've checked every classroom, the libary, bathrooms, student lounge and the princables office. Nothing. So were heading to the Crypt. I hope someone found something handy.

Eddie's P.O.V.

I can't help but look at Savanna. How is she handling this? We've checked everywhere and theres nothing, so far.  I hear a muffled scream and I turn around and see Sophia holding Savanna by the throat, slightly chocking her with her hand over MY girls mouth. "2 hours left Osirian." She disappears with my soul mate and I imedietly run to the crypt to see everyone there.

"Where's Savanna?" Nina ask. Fabian and Jerome see the look on my face and run over to me and hug me. "It's going to be okay mate."
