Chapter 7

✴Savanna'sP.O.V.✴

"Savvy, Savvy, wake up." A voice whispers, I tiredly open my eyes and see Eddie/Fabian's room. Then I remembered, I slept in the same bed as Eddie. This is awkward. I sit up and I see Eddie smile.

"What time is it?" I ask him getting off the bed. "It's 4:30 am." My eyes widen. "Why are we waking up so early?" I ask him.

"Well, to get ready for school , and two to tell you when the deadline is. Fabian found out, he woke me up 30 minutes ago." He tells me. "Ya, and it took forever to actually wake you up." I hear Fabian say. "I'll be back. I'm gonna go get ready." They nod and I sneak upstairs back into my room closing the door.

I got dressed in my school uniform, and brushed my long dark brown hair, then curled it at the ends. I put on my moon necklace and packed my school bag. When I was done I put on black flats and headed downstairs quietly.

"Good morning dear. What are you doing up an 5 in the morning?" I hear Trudy say. I walk into the kitchen and smiled. "Good morning, I just wanted to get to school early to do my locker and get my schedule." She nodded and I headed off to Eddie's room knocking 3 times.

"Come in." I hear two voices say. I sigh and walk in. Their both in their school uniforms and are sitting on their beds. I close the door and sit by Eddie."So when's the deadline?" I ask Fabian.

"A few days." He tell's us, our eye's widen. I heard a sound from outside and I looked out the window. (Pretend they have a window in their room.) I saw some guy, in egyptian clothes. How I knew, don't ask me. "Savvy?"

Eddie's P.O.V.

"A few days." Fabian tells us, and our eyes widen. I look at Savanna and she's staring out into space. "Savvy?" I say trying to get her attention. This get's Fabians attention. "Savvy?" I ask again. "Eddie whats wrong?" Fabian ask and a wave of worriedness washes over me.

"She's not responding." I tell Fabian, just as another wave of worriedness passes me. "Savvy?!" I say my voice getting louder. "Savanna!" I finaly yell and she snaps out of it and looks at me. "Sorry, I zoned out. What's wrong?" She asks us confused.

"You just weren't answering. So um...what should we do about the Touchstone?" I tell them changing the topic but, I was still a little worried for Savanna just zoning out like that. "Honestly?" Savanna asks us, which catches both of our attentions.

Savanna's P.O.V.

"Honestly?" I ask them, and that catches their attention. They turned to me looking surprised. "I don't know what to do. I'm not the expert. I shouldn't even be in this....you guys are Sibuna. I'm just a girl who applied for boarding school here from America." I start and they look at me with looks that read 'are you crazy' and 'don't say it'.

I just sigh and look around the room and say what the Egyptian god wanted me to tell them. "Just umm....forget it, I'm going to go." I walked over to the door. "Forget what?" I hear Fabian ask. The Egyptian god didn't say what to say after this.

"Forget that I was ever in this mystery. Obviously it has nothing to do with me so why am I even here in this room talking about it with you. Just....save the world. I gotta go." I tell them not wating for their answer and walking out the door and running outside before they could follow me.

I reached the Crypt and sat down by the door on the outside. I cried for a while and checked my phone. 5:30. I had 20 missed calls from Eddie and 40 texts. I had 10 missed calls from Fabian and 3 text. I sighed and wiped my face putting my phone in my back pocket, and looking up and around.

"Savvy?" I don't look the way where the voice was. "Why did you run off like that?" He asks me. I sigh and stand up with my school bag on my shoulder. "Are you going to yell at me?" I ask him looking directly at him. "Depeneds, do you want to make me angry so I do yell at you?" He asks me in a 'I'm about to explode at you' tone.

He must've see the look on my face and calmed down, walking over to me. "Where you crying?" He asks me. I sit down, and I hear him chuckle. He sits next to me. "I think it's wierd how you came here instead of anywhere else." He tells me.

I ignore him and look around. "Great and I get the silent treatment." I hear Eddie say. I look into the distance and see the same Egyptian god again and I tense. "Savvy, what is it?" Eddie ask probaly noticing I tensed up.

I looked away from the guy and turned towards Eddie. "Nothing." I tell him getting up and walking off towards the school. "Okay, I don't get it." Eddie tells me right next to me with his bag on his shoulder. I look at him cunfused. "What don't you get?" I ask him, still walking forward.

"Okay, you come here, were friends, then you ignore me, then were friends again, and then you ignore me again. What's wrong? If it's Sibuna related then you need to tell me." Eddie says to me. I look at him. "Don't you listen?" I ask him. "Not always. Still." He tells me smirking. "Ugh." I say and quicken my pace.

"Savvy seriously." Eddie tells me walking into the school. "Okay fine, but I though I was clear that I didn't want to be in Sibuna." I told him refering to before. "Okay, I think someone if threatning you not to be near me or a part of the Mystery/ Sibuna." He tells me grabbing my wrist.

"Eddie, Let go." I tell him trying to control my anger thats rising quickly. "No, not tell you tell me whats wrong." He tells me pulling me somewhere. Okay thats enough. I yank my wrist from his hand, "Just leave me alone! I need some time to my self! I'm tired, of everything! I can't even be alone for more than 10 minutes now! I'd rather be at home with 5 annoying sister's and 1 brother!" I yell at him, holding my wrist, that his a purple ring around it by the way.

Eddie looked at me. "Savanna...." I roll my eyes and see Sibuna next to him. I storm out of the school and call making a excuse saying I'm homesick. I storm all the way to a part of the forest and fall to the ground and let it out, screaming and crying. After a few hours I stopped screaming and it was just a wave a tears that were almost over.

I felt a hand on my back after my tears dried up. I turned and saw 2 people I really needed to see. Nina and Fabian. Nina pat my shoulder. They sat by me and Nina gave me a hug. I sighed and calmed down. "What was that about?" Nina asks me. I looked at her. "Nothing, I-" I was inturupted by Eddie coming into the forest area we were in. "Oh my....Savanna your wrist, hide it." Nina whispers to me and I hide it.

"Savanna we'll talk to you later." Fabian tells me and they leave. Eddie walks over and gently grabs my wrist. "I'm so sorry." He tells me. I look at him. "Eddie..." I stop when I see the Egyptian god coming towards us. "This is priceless." Eddie turns around. "Who are you?" Eddie asks him. "Ask your little Isis." I backed up until I hit a tree with my back. "Savvy? No, she couldn't-" He stopped and noticed my position.

"Are you?" Eddie asks me. I sigh and look him in the eyes, and nod. "That would explain a lot." He tells me and slowly goes to where I am, protecting me. "Who is he, Savvy?" Eddie asks me. I look at the Egyptian god and say one word that scared Eddie to death, "Ra."
