summary: jack gilinsky's phone gets hacked revealing all the information about his childhood best friend and in return, she leaks all of his information. everything is fair game.notes:
my original plan for this book when i wanted to write it was to have a prologue where i would show how close jack and the childhood friend are, (i'll call her elle for now because that's what i wanted her to be called, however this can be changed) but then to also showcase her dark side or her secrets that she doesn't just tell people like how she is a teen mum, drinks, does drugs and doesn't exactly have the best home life.but then in chapter one, is where the drama begins right from the beginning so jack's phone gets hacked into by some girl that he met at a club and all the information he had on there, including some of his own private information but nothing too damaging gets leaked, and of course for elle it's humiliating because jack is the only person that knows these secrets so she trusted him to safeguard them and well, he didn't.
granted, they started getting more and more distant the more famous jack got which is why she thinks he leaked this information because he no longer cared for her, but the truth of the matter is that he didn't even know it happened until it happened.
and she didn't bother to message him and asked because she was enraged by him, so in return she leaks some very damaging information about him with evidence — in turn making people furious at him, and his team scrambling to find a reasoning to this.
of course though, jack discovers this through his team and thinks what the fuck? why did she do that? so he shows up at her door and practically yells at her and that's when they have a massive argument and he discovers what happened and regrets the argument
— and that's where i lost inspiration for this book, so everything from this point on, i have no idea what to add to it. —
