Lily's POV

Never in my life have I ever been in a situation like that before. I'm kind of mad at myself for the way that I acted. No, I didn't act like a fool and all but I have to admit some of the things got to me. Like the flirting for example. I was never one to actually believe that I had the ability to flirt, which I don't. This one was all on him. I'm pretty sure he used those pickup lines on all those girls out there. But the thing is, I've never experienced what it felt like to have someone ask me for my number. It wasn't normal for that to happen. Usually I don't give strangers my number. I never have and I hope not to. But why was I willing to give him my kik? It's basically like my number without calling. He could be a rapist for all I know. I doubt he is. It was fun though. My technical first high school party. It was nice getting to do these things before life gives you a chance to live them. Because moments don't last forever...

I was currently in my home lying on my bed. No parents in the house...just me again. They've been gone for quite a while now, a week maybe? It's strange. The longest they've gone before was about two days. It's better for me though. I don't have to hide as much from them. And the bruises, they barely show up. I don't feel much pain either. I guess you could say life is good for now. I can start to feel my eyelids drooping. Bed time! I rub my eyes and tuck myself to sleep.

Morning calls. Birds tweet. The sun is out shining bright; the rays reflecting through the curtains. It seemed like a beautiful day outside. The sky was a beautiful light blue with birds flying. It feels amazing though. Spring is finally here and the birds have been gone for a while now. I love birds. They're like my alarm by nature. They're really beautiful too. Well anyways, it is a Saturday morning and since I have nothing better to do, I just feel like chilling out with my friends. Today is a day to be weird. My eyes examine around the room scanning every inch of it for my phone. I pinpoint it sitting on my bed right next to my pillow. I run over to it and send Caitlin a text asking her to tell the gang to meet up at someone's house. She almost immediately replies back.

Um sure. Let's just all come to my house eh? We can pop in a movie and play games and stuff like that. Oh ya FOOD! I'll order us some pizza or something.

Ok sounds good Cait. Cya in 10!

I ring the doorbell feeling impatient as ever. It feels like a thousand years before Caitlin opens the door.

"What the heck are you wearing?!" I shout. She's literally wearing a onesie, not that there's anything wrong with that...

"It's a 1D onesie! As you can see, it has the words 1D all over it. DUH." She answers back, blushing.

"You look great! You only look like 1D or whoever that "thing" is puked all over you..." I bite back, not afraid to let my sarcasm seep through.

"Insult me, but not my boys. It's called love bitch.." She jokes back.

"HEY! Since when did you swear? I thought we were all twinzies with our non-swearing ways! Humph leave me all alone like that..."

"GET OUT OF MY KITCHEN!" She screams and I mean scream at the top of her lungs.

"I have no clue what your on about but let's pretend like I do. So are you gonna let me come in or..." I let the words hang.

"Come in my queen. Kevin is waiting in my humble abode..." She squeaks.

The first thing I do when I walk into her house is take my shoes off. When I'm done, I make sure to walk in front of her. Right when she walks to the couch, I trip her. She smacks her head on the floor as she tries to get up but epically fails.
