what should he even tell everyone? they all agreed she was acting odd, but a different person? it sounds insane.
they would ask for proof—which he doesn't really have other than he 'has a feeling'
(y/n) could be being tortured, malnourished or god knows what right now, and it's shoto's fault.
he wants to go save her, but rushing in impulsively would be a 'bakugou move'
maybe he should just go for it?
"yeah. . .this is something i definitely have to do. . ."

"what do you want?" shigiraki sneers, noticing that you had been staring at him this whole time.
"i should ask you the same thing; what do you want from me?"
his lips curve up into an almost grotesque smile, "just to receive some intel, that's all"
"but you haven't asked me anything—what intel. . ." you trail off once you realized what he meant,
with toga pretending to be you. . .
your throat goes dry, as shigiraki opens his mouth to speak again, "for example:"
"we know that boyfriend of yours is starting to get suspicious"

you bite your tongue; maybe he's bluffing.
"who?"
"don't act dumb;"
"todoroki shoto"
your eyes go wide as dinner plates.

toga may be protecting you, but if shoto shows up, there's no telling what they'll do.

"today's the day" shoto says to himself; this morning was the day he promised he'd go to find his love.
after he finished packing, he leaves his dorm room and starts to leave when he gets an idea.

"why the hell did you wake me up so early, half and half?" bakugou crosses his arms
"yeah todoroki, what's this about?" midoriya asks, a lot nicer.
shoto proceeds to explain everything to them,
midoriya's eyes are as wide as dinner plates "the two of you are-"
"don't tell anyone else; we wanted to surprise you all. . .so. . ."
"will you help me bring her back home?"
"duh, dumbass!

on the train, to the destination, midoriya asked me a question, "how do you know where she is?"
"before we went of the mission, we made it so that our phones would have tracking devices in them"
"so long as the decoy doesn't have it or it isn't separated from her, we can find her"
"and now that we have our licenses. . ."
"no one can stop us from doing so"

i know i said this chapter would be angsty, but it ended up being short so it'll actually be the next chapter or two
this was short as hell, school is kicking my ass rn but wanted to let y'all know that i'm still alive
sorry it's been awhile, but i changed my schedule.
here's my update schedule(?) : i don't (officially) update/write for these stories on the weekend.
since i'm going to school/writing multiple stories at the same time, the weekends are reserved for writing/planning stories not yet published+for me to take a break if don't feel like writing
this feels a lot healthier than forcing myself to write on a strict schedule, but a lot more productive now that i actually have one
