The day before your seventeenth birthday, you stole all Tommy's photos from his bedroom. The wall next to his bed is covered with memories from friends and family. You bought a huge personalized frame, where you put all the pictures in. On the day of your birthday, you gave it to him, a bit scared if he would actually like it. Fortunately, he did, he did it a lot.

Of course, it was your birthday as well. You remember Tommy running up to the attic (where you never come), and coming back with a medium-sized package. He wrapped it in gift paper himself, and you could clearly see that. You ripped the messy package open, only to see a whole ass new ukelele, with your name written on it in beautiful letters. You remember that you almost cried (almost. You would never cry near Tommy), giving your twin a big hug.

Now you're a couple of months further, staring at the ukelele. You've been practicing ever since your birthday, and you've been getting better and better according to Tommy. It's Friday, which means you should upload a new cover to your Youtube channel. The thing is, you haven't recorded anything yet.

Two days ago, Tubbo released his new song "Life By The Sea". You and Tommy already listened to it weeks before it came out. Now it's finally out officially, you want to make a cover. With your ukelele. But you're so freaking nervous! Tommy has been pushing you to do so, and you know it would be cool for your channel, which now has over 40,000 subscribers. This makes you even more nervous.

Someone knocks on your door and you turn around. "Come in!" You already know who it is. Tommy comes into the room and sits down on your bed. "I'm waiting for your video." He crosses his arms and raises an eyebrow at you. "I hate it when you do that." You throw a pillow in his face. "Do what?" Your twin throws the pillow back to the other side of your bed. You point to his face. "Raising your eyebrows like that. Don't do that."

Not surprisingly, he continues to stare at you with his raised eyebrow. You look back at your ukelele. "Maybe I should just use my guitar again..." "No. You shouldn't. I didn't give that ukelele just for you not to use it. Go go, I'll get it for you!" He stands up and gets the ukelele from the wall. He shoots you a smile and hands it to you. You roll your eyes and groan. "Okay, bitch. But leave my room or I won't record."

Tommy shakes his head and takes a seat in the beanbag in the corner of your room. "You know I'll be listening on the other side of the door, so it doesn't matter." You know he's right. You sigh and flop down on your bed, the camera already pointing at you. You pick up the ukelele and wave your hand at Tommy. "Just press record." He does what you say and leans over to your desk. Record.

Here you have Tubbo because you know we all need it🌝

"Life by the sea!", you sing the last word and strum the ending chord on your ukelele. "WOOO!", Tommy stands up and starts clapping. You ignore him and walk to your desk. You stop recording and sigh with relief. "I'm gonna cut out your scream at the end, by the way." Tommy turns to you with a sad face. "Awh, but that was my favourite part." You punch him, careful not to drop your precious ukelele.

"Okay", you look at Tommy, "You are gonna listen to the song again, and say if you like it. I'm not gonna listen to my own voice this time." The previous times you uploaded a cover on your channel you had to check the video yourself, and that's the worst part. Hearing your own voice back on video is so freaking weird. You wonder how Tommy listens to himself so much.
