Chapter 5:His Plan

LISA'S POV:

We reached at the door of Sir Jeon's office and Mr. Vernon knocked on the door. I am kind of nervous to enter his office. When a come in was heard, Mr. Vernon led me inside and left the room. Jeon was on his chair checking some papers. Noticing my presence he looked up and signaled me to sit on the chair in front of his desk. I sat and looked towards him. He cleared his throat and said, " So Miss Lisa, I will tell you the details of your job, but first lets be comfortable with each other. You can call me Mr. Jeon, no need to use sir." I nodded and said, " Mr. Jeon you can also call me Lisa, I am younger than you." He nodded and said, " Well after the pleasantries lets get down to business. I want you to do exactly what I am going to tell you. Firstly, when you will go out you will introduce yourself as the daughter of my old friend, your father, who is missing and so I am taking care of you meanwhile. Mostly I will be there with you so there will be no problem face, am I clear?"

It is a very weird command. He wants me to play as someone else for what purpose? Is what he doing even legal or safe? I then said, " Mr. Jeon I will not ask you the purpose of this because you will never tell me. But I just hope this doesn't cause any harm to me or my aunt."

He did not have any expression on his face. He said, " I will not say this is totally safe or legal, but I assure your safety. So let's continue, tomorrow I will take you to an event in the royal castle. There you will meet some important people. You have to be at your best behavior and act as I have told you. You will meet the royal Princess there, I want you to befriend her and leave a good impression on her. You will be dressed up by the servants tomorrow and we will leave at noon. That is all, if you have any question, you can ask right now."

That is a lot of information to digest. He wants me to befriend the princess?!! She is a princess for god's sake, not your neighbor. I don't know what his purpose is or if I should trust him. But I don't have any choice, I have signed the contract. Now I kinda regret doing that. 

JUNGKOOK'S POV:    

She went silent after I stopped speaking. She looks like she is in deep thought. Regretting it already huh? Well she can't refuse me now, she has signed the contract. Well her addition to my plan is a great help. I jus have to be careful. Then I heard her saying," I got it Mr. Jeon. But I have a question. How will I be able to befriend the princess, I am a nobody."

Well I expected that question. I said, " You don't have to worry about that, I will take care of that problem." After this she was silent but again in some thoughts. I asked, " Anything else you want to ask?" She just looked up and shook her head. It looked cute. I have to admit, I was startled to see her when she came in. I noticed her properly right now. She is indeed very attractive, even though she is only 17 right now. I was kinda tranced when she sat in front of me. But I don't have time for romances. I have to go through this plan as fast as I can. 

"So you can rest now. It is a big day tomorrow. Rest well and let's meet tomorrow." I said. She nodded and left the room. Still her scent lingered in the room. I will not deny, I am attracted to her, but my ambition is much more important to me. Reminding myself that I also went to my bedroom and slept.
