The day after A Talk Long Overdue

Shakmeh POV

"Hello brother...I was worried that you had changed your mind..." Cain says to me nervously when he sees me walking towards him. I grab his wrist and pull him along with me. "L-Little brother!" He says to me in surprise before noticing the dark look in my eyes. "What are you doing? I didn't do something to upset you already, did I? If so, I'm so sorry!" He says to me in confusion while looking worried.

"I'm just punishing you for what you've already done." I tell him before dragging him into his room since Zafir's living in mine and shutting and locking the door afterwards.

"What kind of punishment, Shakmeh?" He asks me nervously while backing up until he ends up falling on the bed.

"Stay on the bed, brother. I think you've realized where this is going." I tell him.

"You want me to undress myself, little brother?" He says to me in a shaky voice and I walk over to him after swiftly undressing myself and gently say to him, "Hey, no need to be scared. I'll probably be rough, but this isn't to just hurt you. I could never do that to you. Okay, Cain-nii-chan?" He nods still somewhat nervous about this.

"I can wait until you're ready if need be-" I start before he cuts me off by saying, "No, I can do it. Just let me undress, little brother." I nod and let him and he looks up at me while blushing slightly.

I clamber up on top of him and look him up and down as he looks so completely flustered from both my actions and his own body's reactions to said actions. "Brother...you're a damn pervert..." He says to me in embarrassment.

"At least I don't flirt with a lesbian like you do. You seriously haven't figured that out yet?" I say to him teasingly and he turns away from me while blushing.

"Since when did I say you could look away from me, nii-chan? Be an obedient big brother, and this will be over sooner and with less pain." I tell him while making him look at me again.

"I just want us to stop fighting all the time. I was awful to you for so long. I honestly would've understood if you just flat out hated me." He tells me with tears running down his face before I wipe them away and lean in close to him.

I gently kiss his forehead while cupping his right cheek with my left hand. He looks at me in shock as I remove my lips from his forehead and gently pin him down. "S-Stop teasing me!" He begs me while bucking his hips forward to grind against me and I let out a pleasured groan in response to his ministrations.

"Big brother?" I say to him in confusion as to why he seems so eager and bold. He groans excitedly in pleasure as he grinds his hard on against mine. "You want punished that bad? You DO know you won't be getting any prep, right? That means that it will hurt like crazy at first." I tell him which only seems to further excite him if the longing in his eyes is any indicator of his emotions.

"Punish me, Shakmeh, if you want to. Just stop delaying before I completely lose it." He begs me as he keeps grinding against me.

"Ahh!~♡ Calm down, nii-chan. You're distracting me." I groan while pinning him down again and he smiles nervously before spreading his legs apart while blushing profusely. I immediately take the invitation and thrust right in hearing my brother cry out in both pain and pleasure from my actions.

"Shakmeh!" He yelps in both pain and pleasure.

"Easy, big brother. I know it hurts, just relax. It should help ease the pain a bit." I say to him while pulling him closer to me before kissing his neck.
