Quirk: Evolution - this quirk grants the user complete control other there body down to the molecular level! The user can do anything with this quirk as long as the user understands what there doing thus needing to learn advanced biology. This quirk can do alot like... making your skin hard as rock, making wings, and even being able to make the users eyes glow. This also gives the user the ability to copy quirks if he understands how it biologically works. So if the user hears someone talk about sweating nitroglycerin, the user can replicate that I'd they know the chemicals in nitroglycerin!
