"Whoa! There really are a lotta chestnuts here! If we have this much, then it's all-you-can-eat marron tarts for us!" Grim cheered as he snickered, "Let's hurry and-Ouch! Gah! The chestnut's thorns dug into my paw-pads!" I checked over his pricked paw, seeing nothing in it and whispered a much more watered-down version of Cure. Once that was done, both Onyx and Emerald wacked him upside the head. Ametrine and Heliodor just shook their heads. "Looks like it'll be impossible to pick up with bare hands." Deuce said as he studied the spiked nuts, "I would also like to have a bucket to place them all in too." "Maybe we can find those things in the botanical garden?" Ace asked out loud. "Shall we go see?" Deuce asked as he looked away from the nuts. "Let's get going." I said as I stood to my full height.

"Whoa! It looks bigger on the inside!" Ace awed as he looked around. "We should be able to find the necessary tools here." Deuce said as he looked around as well, "Should we split up and look?" "I'll go right then." Ace said. "I'll check west." The other boy volunteered, "Grim and Hia, please check around the inner gardens." "Sure, come on Grim." I said as I sent my pets to search other directions.
*Inner Gardens*
"Hey, come look at this." Grim said as he looked at the different fruit trees, "It looks like there're tonsa fruits here! They smell so good!" "Don't even think about it," I said as I walked over to him, skipping over someone's tail as I did so. "Huh, what did you just skip over?" Grim asked me, looking at the tail. "Someone's tail." I said as I picked him, "Judging by the fur at the end, it's a lion beastman." "L-lion?!" Grim nearly shrieked-shaking in deep fear. "Calm down," I said to him, "As long as we don't step on his tail or bother him, he won't bother us." Grim calmed down but someone, most likely the one that the tail is apart of, got up. "I went here thinking I can have a peaceful nap but then I'm awaken by some pint-sized fur-ball screaming his head off." The boy said as he came into clear view. "Hm?" I said as I got a clear view of the person, "Oh, sorry Kingscholar." "You..." Leona said as he got closer to us-he only stopped until he was directly in my face, "Ah, you're the little omnivore that the Mirror said he couldn't place in just one dorm. Hmph." Then he started to sniff me at my neck. I didn't move for two reasons-one; Grim is in my arms and two; if Leona really wanted to hurt me, he would have done it already. "Urk..." Grim squeaked as Leona pulled away from my neck, "I don't know how to explain but his glares are sending chills down my spine." "You think I'm gonna let you off scot free after you woke me up, the great Leona?" The lion snarled, "I'm in a bad mood after being woken up from a good sleep. Start gritting your teeth." I raised a brow, not raising to the bait. "Hey, let's make a run for it!" Grim said, trying to hide in my arms. "Leona-san!" Another boy, this one with hyena ears and tail, called out. "What?" Leona said as he looked away from us. I rolled my eyes and calmly walked away. "I knew you'd be here." The other boy accused, "You've got supplementary lessons today." "And here comes the noisy one." Leona complained. "You already repeated a year, Leona-san." The hyena scolded as he got closer and we got farther away, "If things keep going like this, we'll end up being classmates next year, y'know?"
