*Skylars P.O.V.*

"Heyy!" I greeted Cameron who had opened his front door, so that Shawn and I could enter.

"Hey!" He greeted back.

I walked in and saw Cameron's dog Jax, and went over to pet him.

"Hey man. What's up?" I could hear Shawn say. I turn and see them laughing on their way over to the kitchen.

"Good boy. You're so cute!" I tell the beautiful Husky.

Then I hear a small chuckle.

I look up and see a pair of gorgeous blue eyes.

"Hey Nash." I say and stand up and give him a hug. He hugs back and greets me.

We all go sit in the kitchen.

"So what are you cooking?" I playfully tease, knowing they both don't usually cook.

"It's a chicken type thing... Uhh." Cameron starts.

"We don't know the name.... But trust us. It's gonna be good." Nash reassures. Shawn and I giggle.

"Cool, sounds good." I giggle. Shawn Cameron and I go over to the living room to watch T.V.

Then a few minutes later, we hear a knock at the door.

Cameron and Shawn sit there, which I find odd. "I'll get it." I volunteer.

I get off the couch and head to the door. I open it revealing, Hayes, Carter, Matthew, Jack G., Jack J., Aaron, and Taylor.

My face went from normal to shocked.

"Heyy!" They all greet. "Guys! What are you doing here!" I excitedly ask.

I quickly hug Hayes, Matt and the rest.

"We wanted to surprise you." Taylor said, they all have grins on their faces.

I turn to see Cameron and Shawn walking towards us, smiling. Nash was cooking.

"Hey dude, missed you guys." Shawn says giving each a 'bro' hug.

We all walked back into the large living room and sat on the couches.

"So Shawn, Skylar..." Jack G. starts.

Uh oh.

"All alone in the big house..." He continues. Everyone starts to laugh. I bury my head in my hands laughing quietly.

"Find something to keep you occupied?" He finished making everyone burst into laughter.

I finally look up.

"So?"

I look at him. "Jack... No.. Just no." I teasingly shook my head.

Then he looked at Shawn, who was so red.

"Guys food will be ready in half an hour!" Nash yelled from the kitchen.

I quickly stand up. "I'm gonna go help Nash." I volunteer, wanting to avoid any more, strange conversations.

I walk into the kitchen to see Nash on his phone by the stove.

I giggled, making him look up from his iPhone.

"Oh hey." He says. "Hey." I reply.

I pull out a chair and sit on it, he does the same.

"How are you doing here with Cam'?" I asked curiously.

"It's amazing, I love Cali' so much. And Cam', he's the best." He answers smiling, making me smile.

"Yeah he's pretty great." I admire. "I feel bad for him though." I tell him.

"Why?" Nash asks confused.

"My best friend was his girlfriend...." I tell him.

"I feel bad for her too.... We both, never see her." I say, a bit sad.

"Oh." He simply says, not knowing what to say.

"Well, how are you and Shawn doing?" He asks.

"Terrific. Life is absolutely perfect right now." I smile.

"He really loves you, you know." He tells me with a more serious tone.

"I know he does." I smile.

Then all of a sudden the fire alarm goes off.

Nash and I quickly get up from our seats, noticing the chicken on the stove had flames coming off the pan.

"Oh my god! Get the fire thingy!" Nash yells.

I run over to where it was near by and hand it to him.

Shawn and the rest came running in.

Shawn grabbed me and pulled me back a bit, while Nash put out the fire.

It was finally extinguished.

"Well now we know why Nash never cooks." Hayes says and everyone starts to laugh except Shawn.

He looks at me. "You okay?" He asked very concerned.

I nodded, reassuring him.

*Shawns P.O.V.*

About half an hour later after the whole 'fire' thing, we were all sitting on the couches in Nash and Cam's house, watching a movie, eating a pizza.

Nash felt really bad for ruining the dinner, but I don't think anyone minded ordering a pizza anyways.

Skylar is sitting on the ground laying her head on Cameron's chest, who he was leaning against the couch.

I'll admit. I know she loves me and all... But I get jealous when she's near other guys like that.

Like Jacob for example....

That hit me like a ton of bricks... Especially seeing them kiss.

It still sometimes bothers me knowing she loves him. But at the same time... I'm just glad she's mine.

My thoughts were interrupted by someone freaking out beside me.

The horror movie we were watching was 'The Conjuring' in the dark and Carter just got scared because of a jump scare scene.

A few laugh at his reaction, but the others had the same reaction.

I look down to see Skylar burying her face in Cam's chest, trying not to be frightened by the movie.

About half an hour later, my cell phone starts to vibrate in my pocket.

I stand up and walk into the dark and empty kitchen.

"Hello?" I answer my phone.

"Hello, this is Lycia Faiths manager, I was wondering if I could set up a meeting with you. Lycia has some business propositions." He spoke.

"Lycia... The Viner?" I asked, making sure.

"Correct." The man answered.

"Um, yea, sure. When and where?"

"How is tomorrow at noon. Lycia is coming to California to meet with you, the same place where your ex manager Bart, met with you." He informs me.

"Oh, okay. Yea um I'll be there at noon." I say.

"Thank you. And, don't bring any of your friends please Mr. Mendes." He tells me.

"Yes sir. Thank you. Bye." I say and hang up.
