*Skylar's P.O.V.*

Shawn finally came home from his meeting, I was just cleaning up around our house as he walked through the door at 1:00 pm.

"Hey Mendes." I walked over to the door, and smiled at him.

"Hey beautiful." He smiles and drops his bag and gives me a hug, then a kiss on the cheek.

"How was your meeting?" I asked him. "It was good." He said and flashed a small smile.

I grab both of his warm hands and pull him a bit closer.

"So what do you wanna do today?" I ask him. He thinks for a a moment. "How about we go visit the Jacks, I heard Taylor is over there with them." He suggested.

"Sure sounds great!" I smiled happily, I haven't seen the guys in a few months, other than Nash and Cameron. We go over to their house often.

"I'm just gonna go take a quick shower." He tells me. "Okay don't be long." I smile and go back to cleaning as he grabs his bag and heads to our bedroom.

*Shawn's P.O.V.*

I hop into the shower and feel the warm water fall onto my head.

I have no idea what to do about this movie thing. I'm already so busy... and digitour starts soon as well.

This is all so confusing... I need to talk to Skylar. She'll know what to do.

I got out of the shower and grabbed a towel and wrapped it around my lower half.

I opened the door from our bathroom to bedroom, to see Skylar looking at a bunch of papers.

Uh oh.

I stopped, my eyes wide.

"What's this? A movie script?" She asks, and looked up at me. "Um.. Yah kinda..." I say.

I go and sit next to her on our bed.

"You're in a movie?" She asks looking at me, her eyebrows crinkled.

"No... um I was actually going to talk to you about this..." I start to say.

"I was offered a role in this movie... as a lead character... That's what the meeting was about." I tell her.

She smiles. "Well that's great! But why didn't you tell me?" She asks curiously.

I look down at my hands for a moment.

"Um, the other lead is... Lycia." I say, still looking down, but I looked up to see a blank look on her face.

"Lycia... As in Lycia Faith?" She asks .

"Yah..." I answer. She sits there for a moment and then looked back at the script.

"So are you going to accept the offer?" She finally asks me after a few moments of silence.

I look at her for a second. "I'm not sure." I say.

"What do you mean?" She asks. "Well I'm just so busy and I just don't know what to do. Digitour is soon... Also my record label will be wanting to get some work done.." I explain.

We both look at each other. "What do you think I should do?" I ask her. She still just looks at me.

"Well Shawn. That's up to you." She says. "Do what you think is right." She simply states.

I look down as she stands up.

"We're leaving in 10." She says and walks out of the room.

Oh god. What do I do now.

We arrived at Jack and Jacks' house, here in Cali, and Taylor was there as well.

"Jack!" Skylar said excitedly, and gave Jack G. a hug. I stood there and laughed. "Wow my feelings are hurt." Jack J. said sarcastically. "Me too!" Taylor added.

She laughed and pulled away from Gilinsky, and gave Johnson and Taylor a hug. We walked into their apartment and sat down.

I put my arm around Skylar who was sitting right beside me, as Taylor and the Jacks' sat on the other couch.

"Ah, so I see nothings changed." Gilinsky says. "What do you mean?" I ask confused.

"You two... are you always so... close?" He asks smirking as Johnson and Taylor laughed. Skylar looked down and I could see her blushing. She's so cute.

"God Jack your such a dork." She finally says laughing. He grins proudly.

"So how are you guys? What's going on with the music thing?" I ask the Jacks'. They both explained what's been going on with their music. It seems they're doing really good, and they both love it.

"You guys hungry?" Gilinsky asks everyone. "Yeah a bit." Johnson and I say. "Yeah I for sure am." Taylor adds.

"Okay, I'll go make us somethin'." Gilinsky says. "I'll come help." I say as we both stand up from the couch.

We walk into the kitchen and he grabs some cheese, butter and bread. "Grilled cheese?" I ask. "You betcha!" He says and I laugh a bit. Then I grabbed a frying pan and set it on the stove.

"Hey can I ask your opinion on something?" I ask. "Yeah sure what's up?" He says.

"Well... I was offered a role in a movie.." I start to say. "Oh dude that's sick!" Jack says. "Yeah it's great and all.. it's just.. I've been so busy lately, and digitour is coming up soon, and I have my record label to work with.." I explain.

Jack nods. "Yeah.. that's tough.." He says. "But that's not the worst part. Remember when I told you about Skylar going to College?" I ask. "Yeah the whole thing with Lycia." He says.

"Yeah well... She's kinda the lead character... and her manager has given me 3 days to respond to whether I want to do this or not...." I say.

"Oh damn dude." He says thinking of what to say. "Yeah I know.. I don't know what to do." I say, hoping he will give me his opinion.

"Well..." He says. "Honestly dude, I think you should go for it." He says. "Really?" I ask.

"Yeah definitely, if you are interested and like the movie idea, I think it would be a great next step in your career." He smiles reassuringly.

"But what about Digitour? It's the exact same time as the movie?" I ask worried.

"Well... maybe you shouldn't do it..." He says. "What? Not go to Digitour?" I ask shocked he said that.

"Yeah honestly dude. It's got to be one thing or another." He says. "And Digitour is so much like magcon... and I think the movie will be better for you Shawn.. honestly." He explains.

I think for a few minutes.

"What am I going to tell Skylar?"
