I just asked God for a second chance to save my love. After crying hard for her, my head started to hurt a lot. Slowly, after a moment I lost my consciousness. I regained it after some minutes. I don't want to open my eyes right now. Because if I open my eyes now I have to see my love covered in blood. I cannot stand it anymore. If only I could go back in time I would definitely save her.
I heard a female's sweet voice "My dear child, wake up. It's not good for you to skip your sword practice".
Such a sweet voice just like mother. Who is she? I opened my eyes to see a beautiful woman just like how my mother looked back then. Am I dreaming? Did I really came back in time?
I reached towards the mirror to see my reflection on it. I asked "Mother? What is my age this year?". Mother laughed and told "You are of seven. Why you're asking mother such a silly question?". So I really came back. Great! I held mother's hand. I want to save Mirai but there is someone whose ending I would like to change. It's been years since I felt the warmth of mother.
My mother looked worried and asked "My dear what happened?". I asked "Mother, is today the day when I, you and father will have dinner together?". She replied with a soft smile "Yes my dear. Are you excited about it?". I warned mother "Please don't go outside tonight to meet someone". Mother was shocked. I really can guess why. I ran outside of the room. That was close. I should not meet her for somedays after the dinner.
I practiced during the day and read books until dusk. I need to make my own army to overthrow the emperor. If I kill Fu Qian, An and the emperor I will not lose my love again. Right?
I will definitely remove them all in no time in my life.
Soon the time for dinner came. Father, mother, I and other consorts and concubines all had a dinner together. This custom is done once a year to create good relationships with one another.
We ate together and after that I quickly went inside my room.

I will not reveal this secret of mine to anyone. I ran back to my room. After that day my father fell sick. And my mother was imprisoned inside the celestial prison. I felt relieved that now I don't have to kill the princes. Because they will not be born.
But it was not the end. Consort He* used to come inside my room and used to whip me. She regarded it as giving me training to become the next emperor. After the incident which happened with my mother I had completely lost father's favor.
He used to visit me and used to say "Both your mother and you are thick skinned. You are still not dying after such humiliation. If it was not for a heir I wouldn't have had kept you alive. You big bastard. Who knows whose child you are..".
My clothes used to get covered in blood. No one dared to come near me. Everyone started to avoid me. I used to live in the west courtyard after my mother's imprisonment.
At least my two maids used to take care of me and my nanny used to do all the domestic chores.
After six years
Soon consort He gave birth to a girl. From then on the maids stopped working for me. I used to make my own food from the raw materials. I used to wash my clothes. This little struggle made me more stronger.
The emperor's health was getting worse and worse every day. I was anxious as he appointed consort *He as the next empress. There was a law that if the emperor dies the next empress appointed by emperor will rule this empire until the heir reaches the eligible age.
Just like this, many days passed. One by one every consort and concubine was assassinated by me except my father's favourite consort, consort He. I was sure that if any of the consorts will get to live she will be able to gain power from her position and will surely kill me.
The act of making me kneel down in front of consort He* and getting whipped by her became an old habit. It was okay. I just had to endure a little bit to meet Mirai again. I always use to think if I just endure a little bit more I would able to see her. Blood used to come out from my wounds. My clothes used to become red.
One day Consort He* whispered in my ear "You know, your mother never committed adultery. It was me who told my cousin to rape her. I just wanted to be the empress and only my child will be the next emperor. Just wait and watch". She chuckled. My eyes became red due to tears. Just for the position of Empress she made my innocent mother become a adulterer. I passed out due to this body's weak condition.
After four months The emperor, my father crowned me the crown prince after my thirteenth birthday. I gained some power again. I was waiting for this moment. After that night I sneaked out of my room and reached the emperor's palace. I saw consort He with father.
I used my psychic abilities and sent my power inside his heart. I increased the pressure little by little. He soon experienced a heart blockage. Consort He was scared.
But as soon as the physician came inside the emperor stopped breathing. He didn't get to examine the emperor.
I returned back to my room. I was both happy and sad. Message came that the emperor is dead. I was expecting this. I hurriedly went to the site and ordered to investigate the incident.
The imperial physician was called. He examined him and told his death is caused by suffocation. But since he checked him a day ago and didn't find any abnormalities in his health. Only one person could be blamed.
Consort He was only present there before the emperor's death. She was charged with the crime for killing my father.
She was executed for killing the previous emperor. Four years passed by just like this. I captured Xili, Beizhou, Cesta and Avadar which were the enemy Kingdoms.
I had an younger sister now. Her name is Fang. She is of four years old. And I had successfully saved my mother. Now she lives in the north courtyard near the Phoenix hall.
I appointed a spy to keep Mirai in check. If she does something unusual against Fu Qian or her sister then there would be a possibility that she would have also reincarnated.
No news has came in these six years. Since that's the case then I have to send the marriage proposal to marry her.
