He sat at his usual seat infront of the class by the window waiting for his two companions, Shikamaru would be here in a few minutes but he'll most likely go to sleep once he was seated and Naruto? That dobe will be late, as usual... Unless he decides to make a change and be early for once! Clearing his thoughts Sasuke stared out the window looking at the falling leaves, images of the war flashed through his line of sight, his family, his friends, his brother, bodies everywhere, blood painting the ground, smoke and ash gathering on both land and air, starvation, suffocation, terror all because of Madara... Obito... The Akatsuki... Kaguya... The Juubi... Chaos everywhere... Discord each turn... The Tsukuyomi... The End of the World...
He had to watch everyone die alongside Naruto and Shikamaru, Hinata... She was low on chakra but continued protecting Tenten... when Sasuke and Naruto got there she was dead and Tenten's lower half was missing... Then Ino... Oh god when Ino tried to use one of her jutsu on a Zetsu pretending to be Sai, her mind got devoured and destroyed, before Shikamaru can pull her out of there she was pronounced brain-dead... But Sakura... S-she exchanged her life fo— SLAM!
Sasuke turned his head towards the door, finally! The five other members of Rookie 9's male portion were finally here, leading them were Naruto, he was the one opened the door, poor wall had a massive crack when the door got knocked off the hinge... And Shikamaru, who obviously look anything but awake, the lazy bastard. Behind them was a stoic looking Shino, and a shocked Kiba and Choji, must be because of the door... Can't that dobe be more careful?! Sigh. Annoying...
"WE'RE HERE!!" The blonde shouted greeting the class, Shikamaru yawned.
Naruto's eyes fell on Sasuke as it widened in panic, the blonde signed to the Uchiha, 'Ke, your eyes!' and with that the onyx haired boy turned away to cut the chakra in his eyes. Shit! I didn't notice I activated my Sharingan! If I had accidentally activated my Mangekyou the Sandaime and the Council would've started asking questions! "Dammit!..." the Uchiha cursed under his breath as he ran a hand through his hair. 'Forgive me, Hokage-sama...' he signed back as Naruto sat next to him, greeting the Nara with a small nod before the raven walked to his seat at the back. 'Just be careful, we can't risk anyone knowing who we really are...' the blonde said (or signed, whatever) as Iruka walked into the room and started checking the attendance.
I wonder if Rokudaime-sama is gonna try to fail again...
