Yamaguchi has a crush?

As we reached the gym we saw Daichi's glower. I took a quick look at my phone and realized we were already 15 minutes late which was practically unforgivable when it comes to Daichi.

"Tsukishima, Yamaguchi, leave your bags, put your shoes on and I wanna see you run ten laps around the school."

Daichi's word is a law. The boys nodded and found their way to the club room. As for us...

"Girls, sorry, but you are staying late with us to help with the practice and the cleaning after."

This did not sit well with me. However, I am the reason why we are late so I nodded and got past him through the gym doors.

"I guess the movie night is off plans." A deep sight left Kao's lips.

Kao and I were two of the volleyball team's three managers alongside the goddess herself - Kiyoko Shimizu. Don't get me wrong, I am as straight as a line, but this woman owns my heart. Bad thing she is into Tanaka.

"Hi Tsukishima-chan, Keomi-chan." Kiyoko greeted us.

"Morning, Kiyoko-san!" I and Kao said in one voice.

"Why did you come late? Did something happen on the way here? I know Daichi is trying to keep everyone in line, but he could've at least asked what's the reason." She murmured, giving Daichi the death stare.

"I know right!" I got excited when I heard she didn't agree whit what Daichi did "It's so unfair sometimes!"

"We deserved it today though. Ai-chan lost track of time while trying to get Yamaguchi to drop the honorifics. Again." Kao explained.

Kiyoko chuckled and shook her head "You are walking trouble Keomi-chan."

I blushed and stormed to the other side of the gym, making my way to Nishinoya and Tanaka.

"Oh, hello Keo-" 

"Shimizu senpai is so cool!" I cut Tanaka off and whisper-screamed.

"Absolutely!" Nishinoya said not a second later, followed by Tanaka's 'Damn, she is'. Just when I was about to say something again, Daichi's voice filled the room announcing that it is time to practice serves.

Two weeks later, we are on the bus to Tokyo once again for a full week training camp. After we lost to Aoba Johsai, Takeda sensei talked with Nekomata sensei a couple of times and Karasuno was invited to join their training camp. Honestly, I was getting so bored with my life so meeting new people sounds great, even if it means I have to throw balls all day long for seven days straight.

I was sat next to Kao, who was sound asleep and had nothing better to do than to eavesdrop on Tsukki and Tadashi. 

"Are you planning on confessing? Like ever?" 

"It's not that easy, Tsukki."

"Shut up Yamaguchi. Stop making excuses."

"Sorry, Tsukki. But are you really okay with it?"

"Why wouldn't I be? I might be Bi but that doesn't mean I've fallen for you and you can't date other people."

"Don't joke like that."

"You'll have a bigger problem with Akiteru."

"I know. Anyways. What are you planning on improving this week?"

I stopped listening to their conversation as soon as they started talking about volleyball. So Yamaguchi has a crush? Who could that be? And why would he have a problem with Akiteru?
