Eventually, TJ told us that we could go back to the house. I was happy about it. I got up, and went as soon as I could. I put on a bit of mascara and I could tell it was all down my face. I was very upset with CT. I know he isn't good at treating women that well, but I don't know, I guess I just expected him to change.

When I got back, I ran about ten laps around the house to clear my head. Eventually, Ninja came and ran behind me.

"Want to talk about it?" I honestly really wanted too, but I was out of breath it was a lot of running without stretching before.

I pointed to a pavillion out by the lake, "Wanna go there?" she asked. I just nodded.

When we got over there, I was ready to talk. "I mean I just don't know what I did wrong, I just feel like it's all my fault that he lost," Ninja sighed.

"It isn't your fault, CT is just a bit pissed he didn't win, he'll probably be embarrassed and apologize later. That was so stupid to get mad about," She wasn't wrong about that. He was just being CT, and I hate myself for saying this, but that's kind of my favorite things about him.

"Yeah, I guess you are right. I'll just wait for him to come around and say something," I definitely wasn't speaking first.

"Do you want to practice swimming while we wait for him?" I honestly didn't really care what we did at this point. I was just hoping that he would come and apologize, and that we would be on better terms.

"Yeah, let's go swimming," Ninja had told me she sucked at swimming, so it would be good for her, and I love swimming.

We went inside, and I saw CT in the gym area. I had no idea what he was doing at all, because as soon as I saw him, I turned away and tried not to look at him.

When I got dressed, I waited outside Ninja's room for her to come out of there. I was half hoping that CT would come over to me while I was waiting, but suprise, suprise, he didn't.

When Ninja got out, we told each other how good we looked before heading outside.

It wasn't too hot out there, but it was kind of warm. The pool felt nice however. It wasn't freezing cold water, but it wasn't warm water either, it was like cool water.

Ninja and I waded and walked through the water to get used to it. I got used to it first, and I started taking the shorter down and backs before the longer down and backs. I started swimming and not going to lie, I was a little slow at first. I hadn't been swimming for a while, so I was a bit rusty.

After I got used to the shorter down and backs, I moved on to the longer down and backs. I kept trying to challenge myself to go faster and faster. Eventually, my head started hurting a little bit, which happened every time after I went swimming for a while. I took a quick break, and sat on the side ledge.

I got Ninja's attention and told her that I had to take a quick breather break. She came over there and sat next to me.

When we were getting ready to go swim again, I heard a voice behind me, and I bet you can guess who it was.

"Hey, um can we talk for like a um quick second?" I looked at Ninja and she nodded.

"Yeah, but you better make it quick," I gave him 'the look' and got out to follow him to wherever he was going to take me.

He led me to this little halfway like area and leaned against the wall. And I know I was trying to be mad at him, but something about the way he did that was just so so attractive.

"So obviously, I acted out today after we lost today, and it wasn't right, not at all," his voice was so attractive too. It was always deep and rusty like sounding. "And I needed to say that I'm sorry because it wasn't rigjt of me," he grabbed my hand slowly and put his other hand around my hip. "I honestly was kind of worried about you, I didn't want you going into elimination," he sighed, "however, that still doesn't give me an excuse to that to you.

"Thanks, Chris, that's really appreciated," I sighed, "and I guess that I can go ahead and accept your apology," who was I kidding, I couldn't get rid of him even if he always treated me like a piece of shit, which is what I was most worried about this relationship, I liked him way too much.

"Thanks, darling," that name always got to me, it doesnt matter who you are, that name gives me butterflies. I went into hug him, and he hugged me back. I loved his hugs. They made me forget about anything and everything and they were so comforting. Before pulling away, he lightly kissed my neck, and that send a bunch of little tingly butterflies through my body.

When the hug was done, he cupped my face in his hands and kissed my forehead, "I really hope that I don't lose you tonight," he looked down at me, "I want to run this final with you so bad."

"I want to run it with you too, and I will do anything that I can, and try my hardest to come back to you," I paused, "hopefully, I don't have to even worry about going into elimination, but you never know.

"Yeah, let's just hope for the best tonight and hopefully we can sit in the stands and watch the other people kill eachother."

"Yeah," I smiled.
