I woke up and I wasn't ready for today. I knew it was another challenge day. I had to get ready though. I assumed CT was up already because he wasn't in the bed.

I went to the bathroom and brushed and straightened my hair. I didn't know what to do with it so I put it into one high poinytail.

I put on my baby blue team shirt and my shorts with my name on the butt. I always thought these were funny, but I understood them. It would be hard to tell 10 different girls apart based off the same pair of black shorts they were wearing.

After I brushed my teeth, I went back into the room and noticed that his bathroom light was on. I walked over to it and knocked.

"Yeah?" he sounded tired.

"It's me can I come in?"

"Who's me?" It wasn't even funny, but his tone of voice made me laugh.

"Katie, you dummy," I smiled even though he couldn't see me.

"Alright fine, I guess you can come in," he sighed.

I opened the door and saw him in short shorts without a shirt. Holy moly. Him in short shorts was just everything. I was probably looking too long.

"You like what you see?" he smirked.

I rolled my eyes at him, "Yeah, I guess. Are you really gonna wear those shorts though?"

He smiled, "Nah, I don't think so, that was just for you," he winked at me.

I lightly elbowed him in the side, "Shut up, I'm gonna go downstairs."

"Okay, I'll be down there soon," I walked out of his bathroom and headed downstairs.

I hung out with Ninja while we waited for TJ to get there. When CT came down, I was relieved to see that he was not wearing his short shorts.

Eventually, TJ came to the house.

"Hey guys, did you get good sleep last night?" he smiled. There were a bunch of 'yeahs' and no one really said no. "Alright well today is a mud challenge," he smiled again, I felt like it was going to be a very physical challenge, "Alright, let's go."

We went out to a van and got ready to go. The drive was only about five minutes.

When we got there, there was a huge mud pit. I knew something was going to happen today, bad or good, I wasn't sure.

TJ came to explain the rules, "Hey guys, today we'll be playing mud run, there is one ball buried at the end of this pit, but its about 5 feet deep in mud," I was only like 5"3, this wasn't gonna be good, "You and your partner will run to the end, find the ball, and take it to that hula hoop and deposit it in there, the team who deposits their ball the quickest, wins" this was definitely going to be tough, but oh well.

CT and I went over to the camera to do pre-questioning,"Rookie, you're probably too short for this one-" I interrupted him before he could even finish.

"Shut up Chris," I laughed, "I'll bet I'll be quicker than you through the mud," I smiled.

"Okay, we'll just have to see," he smiled back.

We were chosen to go last, which was really good for our team. We could watch all of the other teams make their mistakes, build off of them and be better than them.

As the other teams went, we kind of discussed a strategy. No one else had done it yet. Since the back part was deeper than the closer par, CT was going to go down to the deeper part and get the ball. As that's happening, I'm going to be waiting at the closer part. CT will then throw me the ball, if I have to, I will go get it, then put it in the bucket.

By the time it was our turn, no one had still used the same strategy as us so we were happy about that.

"We got this CT," I told him as we were waiting for TJ.

"Alright, ready?" TJ asked to which I returned with a nod, "Go!"

CT was off, he was actually going pretty fast for being in a mud pit, he ran down there with in like ten seconds. As soon as he got down there, he dived into the mud. After about another ten seconds, he came back up with it. He threw it and I was scared, what if I lost the ball. Luckily, it landed right in my hands. I ran as fast as I could to the bucket and put it in.

"Yeah baby!" CT shouted while he was still covered head to toe with mud. I was still shocked, he rushed over to me and hugged me and picked me up.

"CT, we don't know if we've won yet," I wiped a bit of mud off of his face.

"Well, I hope we did," he was adorable. I ruffled a bit of his hair, getting mud specks all over the both of us.

We got to go to this little canopy and get towels to wipe off a little bit of the mud. I didn't have it on me to bad, so I mostly helped CT get his off of his face.

Eventually, we got off the most of it we could and we went back to the platforms.

"Alright guys, great performance today, I'm really proud of you," that made me smile a little even though he wasn't talking to just me, "There was one team who came out on top above the rest," he took a long break, as usual, "CT and Katie."

I was in shock, we actually won, I hugged CT and he kissed my cheek.

"So you guys will pick who goes into elimination tonight," TJ said.

We were excited, and we knew that we needed to make a tough decision, and we had to make it soon.
