Relic bound Zero:

~ Chapter III -

         I woke up early morning to the clam sound of birds chirping. I felt like going back to sleep wanting to enjoy at least a few more hours of sleep.  Right when I began to fall asleep again a soft knock startled me. "Hey Cursed hero are you awake?" The familiar voice of Yuki called out.

      "Ngghhhh I'm awake..." I groaned  as I yawned loudly. "Come on the others are waiting for you in the dinning room." Yuki added as I slowly got up off the bed. "Give me a moment to put my armor on and I'll be there!" I shouted at Yuki as he quickly answered "Fine I'll be in the hallway waiting for you." I washed my face and noticed that Hazirawn was attached to my armor.

       I quickly put on my armor as Hazirawn glowed a dim black light. I picked up my belongings and removed the chair from the door handel. I unlocked the door and walked over to Yuki. "Took you long enough. Come on we can't keep the king and our party waiting." Yuki spoke as he quickly walked down the corridor. Although he seemed to act quite and mysterious near the others. He acted fairly cheerful and bubbly near me. It was almost how I acted different near others and normal when alone.

        I couldn't help but smile a bit seeing how similar Yuki and I where. He and I walked to the dinning hall as we saw all the others eating and chatting with their parties. I walked over to a set of seats and saw the same grey cloaked figures from yesterday. "Good morning Sir cursed hero..." The males voice spoke as the female's voice echoed him. Their voices sounded familiar to me but I couldn't really place by finger on it.

        "Morning... " I answered back in a slightly tired tone. Yuki and I sat down with the figures and ate our breakfast quietly. The others looked at me when I split my helmets mouth piece open to eat. I quickly ate a few tarts and fruits before closing my mouth piece once again. To me the food had no taste at all. I felt a bit disappointed since one of the only foods I could taste wasn't around to eat. "Once we head out of this place I'm gonna head to the bakery to get a slice of Laluna Cake." I thought to myself as I felt my mouth slightly water.

          I shook my head quickly and decided to focus on my party for now. Breakfast we all went to the throne room and where set off by the king. We didn't really have our set destinations at all. I quickly stooped at the bakery to get a slice of  Laluna cake. "Finally... Something that I can taste..." I muttered as I ate the Laluna cake. "What did you not like a palace food Inei?" Yuki asked rasing a brow.

         The cloaked figures looked up as the male figure spoke. "The reminds us what shall we call you Sir Cursed hero?" I finished eating the Laluna cake and closed my mouth piece. "No I did like the palace food the sweets there lacked sugar. Also, you can call me Inei." I answered both questions as the figures nodded.

        We headed out of the bakery as I quickly analyzed the grey cloaked figures. I realized that only the male figure had a weapon unlike the female one who always had her hands in her pockets.  I pulled open my bag and grabbed a dagger but,  right when I pulled out the dagger I felt a strong voltage in my hand. As my hand was quickly electrocuted making me scream and drop the dagger. "What...the hell.. " I growled as Yuki  and the cloaked figures tilted their heads.   Yuki curiously grabbed the dagger as his hand quickly got coveted in green acid.

        He cried in pain as he dropped the dagger and held his hand to his chest. The male figure grabbed the dagger and was perfectly fine. He handed the dagger to the female figure as she looked up at me and Yuki. "Where the two of you not told that you can't grab other weapons beside that of your own weapon?" The female figure spoke as she held the dagger.

     Yuki and I looked at her confused as she sighed and began to explain. "You Sir Yuki can't grab anything that isn't the Golden Dawn shield or any other shield. Just like you Sir Inei can't grad anything that isn't Hazirawn or any greatsword. Which is why when you both grabbed the daggers you where both injured."
Yuki and I both sighed hearing the explanation. "How about we go see if anyone in the city needs help with something?" Yuki suggested as I nodded my head in agreement.
