After a few hours of walking with out any activity I realized that everyone was tired. "Let's go take a brake in that village." I pointed out as everyone agreed.  We walked into the village as it was already late noon. We walked past a cafe as I looked through the windows to see if they sold Laluna cake. Lunime was glued to the glass unlike me who was glancing from a distance.

Lunime's eyes shinned as he looked at all the sweet treats. Once my eyes caught a glimpse of Laluna cake I had my mind already made up. "Let's stop here and eat something even if it is a pastry." I said as Lunime looked up at Yuki as if asking him for permission. "Sure why not let's just not get too carried away when it comes to prices." Yuki  smiled jokingly as we all walked into the cafe.

Lunime didn't even step inside as he looked at a sign worried. "What's wrong Lunime? Don't you want a snack or something?" Yuki asked as Lunime pointed at the sign. The sign read "No Demi Humans!" I quickly looked at the sign and ripped it off the bakery. "I don't see a sign that says no Demi human's. Do you guys see it?" I jokingly asked as Zaileon and Zamali shook their heads giggling. "Don't worry kid if they try to kick you out they're gonna have to tell it to my face." I told Lunime in a defensive tone as he grabbed onto Yuki.

Once we walked into the cafe all eyes landed on us. Lunime hid under Yuki's cloak as Yuki softly patted his head. "It's ok Lunime... No ones gonna touch you..." Yuki smiled as he comforted the boy. "Ok master Yuki..." Lunime muttered as he began to walk between me and Yuki. We all walked to an empty table. Once we sat down the waitress walked over as she looked up at me. "My my.... Aren't you a tall fella
..." the elven women laughed nervously as she was merely intimidated by my appearance.

"Another person scared of me just because of my appearance... Now this is just starting to get ridiculous!" I thought to myself a bit annoyed. "Order what you guys want I only came here for the Laluna cake..." I muttered as the waitress seemed to have heard me. "We'll have any sweet tarts! It doesn't matter as long as they are sweet." Zamali and Zaileon exclaimed as the waitress smiled. "I'll go for something simple perhaps a slice of pie? If that's an option?" Yuki questioned as the waitress nodded. Lunime looked at me and then at Yuki as if he didn't know if to ask for something.

I gave Lunime a soft nod as he then looked at Yuki as he smiled at the boy. "I... I'll have a sweet roll..." Lunime stuttered as the the women nodded. "Anything you all want to drink?" The women asked as I shook my head. Lunime looked at a glass of milk as he seemed to be spacing out. Yuki seemed to have noticed as he quickly answered "I'll take tea if that isn't to much to ask for. As for my little friend here a glass of milk." Yuki placed his hand on Lunime's head as the boy quickly got shy and covered his face.

The twins didn't ask for anything besides what in my village was standard fruit juice. Once the waiters ran off we softly spoke amongst ourselves as we all got a chance to ask Lunime not so personal questions. We had found out he was only about eleven years old and was brought to the ware house after an incident. Lunime didn't seem to be getting better as his cough sounded worse then the first times we had heard him cough. "I'll be right back guys I wanna try and see if I can buy something. Lunime stay with Inei, Zaileon and Zamali for now ok." Yuki said as he quickly walked out the cafe doors before Lunime could even protest.

It took about one hour for the waitress to return to our table with our orders. Right when she set down the last plate Yuki came back. "Sorry.... I took so... Long" Yuki huffed out of breath as he smells of herbs. "It's fine tour just in time for the sweets master Yuki!" Lunime smiled as his tail wagged happily. Yuki  sat down at his seat as I opened my helmet and began to enjoy the Laluna cake. We chatted for a bit while eating. Once there was only a few bites left of the Laluna cake I realized Lunime seemed to be curious about the cake.

"Want the last slice kid?" I asked as Lunime softly nodded. I gently pushed the plate to him as he softly grabbed the slice in his hands. He softly sank his small fangs into the cake as his eyes suddenly sparkled. "It tastes so good..." Lunime muttered as he ate the rest of the Laluna cake. It didn't bother me that I gave some of the cake to Lunime. He has had a rough life almost as rough as I have. After eating I payed for everything despite Yuki offering to pay.

We rented a large room in the Inn for all of us as we all settled down. Yuki took a few moments to mash some herbs to make medicine for Lunime. "Here Lunime drink this. This should help with your cough." Yuki smiled as Lining took the small wooden cup. Once Lunime drank the medicine he slightly gagged as Yuki handed him a cookie to get rid of what I assumed was a nasty taste.

"Good night Sir Inei, Good night Sir Yuki and Lunime." The twins yawned as they walked to their room and went to bed. The room wasn't large enough to get a room for Lunime so,  Yuki ended up sharing a bed with him. "Sleep well Inei!" Yuki  smiled as Lunime smiled back at me. "Same to you..." I smiled as I slowly took off my helmet. I laid down for a while as I looked at the ceiling for a few hours. As I slowly drifted off to sleep.
