Backstory: Adam is outgoing. He was a jock all throughout high school and was one of those too good for you guys. Until one day one of his teammates heard him on the phone with his long distance boyfriend. He hadn't come out yet. The teammate spread that fact around. Adam went from the top of the social food chain to the bottom. He quit his sports teams and almost dropped out. His best friend Liza is the reason he didn't give up. She's gay and he's gay. She gave death stares to people who tried to mess with him and slowly Adam grew closer to a few other kids at his school. All because of her. After they graduated they stayed in contact. She's who he goes to when he needs someone. She's dating a girl but always makes time for Adam. He's gay through and through. He just hasn't met the right guy. He has an older brother who's married with kids. His parents keep saying they wish he was like his brother. He is closest to his cousin. That's who he lives with now. He just finished moving in with him. Adam now lives in Kansas. Adam's cousin Andy is actually his brother. Every month Andy takes Adam up to the cabin that their family owns. Only when Adam is at the cabin does he remember that he is not human and that Andy is his brother. During this time at the cabin Adam also forgets that his mom was killed. So when Adam is at the cabin he remembers but when he leaves he doesn't. It has been this way for 11 years. Just recently with the help of Andy and their father, Collin, the spell was finally broken. Adam received the same scar that Andy has on his wrist. They are closer now and Adam is considering giving his siren claiming bite to his boyfriend but is afraid of what that means and if it's too soon to do so.
