Backstory: Genevieve is the daughter of the archangel Michael and a woman named Lydia Bennett. She is an only child that she knows of. She was raised by her father to be a warrior of heaven though he sought to use her as a weapon. She longed for something more and a purpose that didnt revolve around her fathers agenda. She began to look into her family tree discovering that her uncles had had children. She was so excited and asked her father about them. He saw the book she had found about it and burned it before saying to her that they were scum and good for nothings that didnt follow her grandfathers orders. Her heart shattered because she had hoped her father would be more open about his family. No matter how much she would beg to learn more she only succeeded in being forced into more hours of training. Then one day during a mission from her father one of her wings was badly injured and instead of helping her he disowned her saying that shed lost her usefulness. He told her she was no longer his perfect daughter and that she should leave his sight. A part of her was crushed because she never thought hed say something like that to her but another part of her was beyond grateful because this meant she was free and could finally seek out her family. So she left of course taking her weapons and all of her things with her. She was able to find a small apartment to live in and has been hiding there ever since. Shes afraid of her father changing his mind, finding her and dragging her back to train. Shes planning to reach out to her family but is really afraid of being rejected by them like she was disowned by her dad. So shes waiting until the time feels right.
