Chapter 4

KONOHA: 8 Months After Naruto's Banishment

 The village hidden in the leaves has never been the same after one Naruto Uzumaki was betrayed and kicked out. At first his death was celebrated, the villagers partied weeks at what they believed to be a great victory for them. They even created a holiday called 'Death to the demon'. The Konoha rookies and their sensei's partied like hell, getting drunk and getting all you can eat food. Sasuke woke up  and became even more arrogant than he was before, believing he was the king of Konoha itself, thanks to everyone in Konoha giving him special treatment and the girls always chasing after him.

He was made Jiraya's apprentice and giving the toad contract, with the toad accepting him not even giving him any test.  The little things that belonged to Naruto, including savings from missions were giving to him as compensation. To Konoha civilians and Ninja's he was their god. It was all good for the Uchiha till it was revealed that he could not produce. Ending what ever plans he had of rebuilding his clan. Women no longer found him worth chasing after including his main fan girls. A man that couldn't last more than two minutes in bed, that couldn't even please any woman. All he had was his family name, fame and whatever little wealth they had left.

Konoha's economy and military power is decreasing everyday. Going from the wealthiest hidden village to an average hidden village, even Suna and Ame were doing way better than them. They lost all their alliance due to Banishing Naruto. Wave not only broke of their alliance but they banned Konoha ninjas from stepping foot in wave and gave trade alliance to Ame. Suna broke of any alliance Konoha had with them and banned Konoha ninjas from stepping foot in their village with a threat that any leaf nin in Suna would be returned dead. They to also created an alliance with Ame. Spring country and Demon country daimyos banned Konoha from entry into their country. As of right now Konoha had no alliance whether trading, or military aid.

COUNCIL ROOM:

In the room you could see the civilian council, lead by by Sakarai Hurano and two fat Mercenary.  On the other side you see the shinobi council and the clan heads. Next to them is the elders and in the middle of the room Is Tsunade Senju the Gondaime Hokage sitting with Jiraya her teammate beside her.

"Tsunade what do we do? We have no alliances, our economy is going down and Orochimaru and Oto has called war on us." A civilian said panicking, due to the fact that he was losing money and could no longer by luxurious expensive things like he wanted.

"It's all because of the demon brat. If only he died." Another civilian council member said as the others in the room agreed with him, voicing that anger towards the kyubi's jinchurili who was no longer in the village.

"I guess the demon was useful for something." Hiashi said, growling at how much trouble the demon brat was causing without being here.

"I never knew banishing Naruto, would cause us so much trouble. If I knew we would just locked him up in the deepest part and most horrible part of Konoha's prison." Tsunade said, angry at Naruto for causing them so much trouble ( stupid bitch).

"I will go look for him, bring back him back to the village, we lock him up in the deepest part of prison. Then create a false rumor that his banishment was removed and Naruto willingly came back to the village and forgiving us." Jiraya said, the entire council, plus Tsunade agreeing with him.

"YOU WILL DO NO SUCH THING JIRAYA." A voice yelled filled with anger. Shocking the council for a second before they started to shout madly, voicing their anger at the disrespect not realizing who it was.

"AND WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE THAT" Sakarai yelled back arrogantly. She and the rest of the council will come to regret their action and choice of words, paling when they saw it was the Daimyo.
