Repairs

I was in the med-bay laying down, blackness consumed me. I did not know if I was dead or alive. I knew I was alive when I heard a soft voice I knew it was Kanan's. "You will be okay. I know it." I calmed my breathing and relaxed. "Am I alive?" I mumbled, Kanan surprisingly heard me. "Yes." I smiled. I was finally safe but I felt something other than bad was coming. Something horrible. "Kanan I sense something." Kanan just combed his hands through my hair. "Talk to me about it later." Kanan softly said, I just nodded since almost all my sides hurt and my throat stings like a thousand needles stung it. I wish I could just see the empire die down. They took everything from us, hurt us, took us away, did everything they cam to claim our land we owned. The thought made me cringe. "Hey Kanan, when will we start training again?" Kanan sighed and chuckled, "You can't train until your wounds heal silly." Ezra rolled his eyes and slowly drifted to sleep. Big mistake, Ezra had another nightmare, but this time this one was really bad.
EZRA'S DREAM
I heard crashes. Everything I loved was gone and now rotting away. My beautiful city, home, tower were being burned down. I saw all the crew members, wounded on the floor struggling for survival when The Inquisitor came or as I call him 'The Baldy'. As usually he talked about failure and how my life could have been better if my parents or even I joined the empire. I got tired of it and flung at him with my lightsaber but The Inquisitor used the force to keep me in the air and choke. I saw the lighhtsaber come close to me and clash into my chest."
I woke up panting and screaming with beads of sweat rolling down my neck and forehead. I saw Kanan there in front of me and sighed of relief. "Kanan I had another nightmare." I whimpered as Kanan noticed and hugged me. "It will be alright Ezra. If you would like to talk about anything you know I am here for you. Always." Kanan hugged me back and said softly. "I will stay here and watch you for the night. Zeb surprisingly did not wake up from your shout so that is always a good thing." Kanan smiled as he saw me drift asleep as he did the same after I fell asleep. Kanan sent calm force waves to my mind and heart so I would relax. "Its okay young padawan. You will be safe with me."
