Weeks had passed since I joined Fairy Tail. I tried to keep myself away from the others, especially the one called Erza Scarlett.
Yet, the one person I did enjoy the company of was Lisanna. Her and I had become closer since I joined, we even did a job together. She told me a lot about herself. Like how much she loves her siblings Mirajane & Elfman, and how she likes to tease Natsu Dragneel all the time. It always was funny seeing him turn red in embarrassment when Lisanna puts him on the spot.
It was during this time I felt something I haven't felt before...not in Edolas. Every time I saw Lisanna my heart would skip a beat, I'd feel my stomach become twisted, and I couldn't help but look at her.
"Gotta crush on her don't ya Mystogan?" Laxus Dreyar muttered with a smirk
Flustered and blushing I was trying my best to hide it through my mask, "Shut it Laxus...I'm not here for love".
He nodded, still smirking, "Sure, sure, that's what they all say. Keep on hidng it and I might just tell her about your little crush"
"You wouldn't dare..." I glared at him"
He laughed and walked out the room when Lisanna ran to me.
"Hey Mysto! I got something to tell you!" She then looked around, "Maybe somewhere...secluded?"
I nodded and then we walked out into the woods behind the guildhall
"Listen Mystogan...there's something I've been wanting to tell you...", she fidgeted around nervously, held her arm and looked down.
"What is it Lisanna? You can tell me anyth-" that's when she removed my mask and kissed me
She blushed a shade of red and held onto me
"I love you, Mystogan..." She looked up at me with endearing, baby blue eyes. Then that's when I realized those adoring eyes had tears.
