Finding out about some untold secrets

Singto POV:

After the Consert finished. Me & Krist came back to our apartments. We entered my apartment we talked for sometime then I offered him to stay in my room for sometime that time I'll go to our near restaurant to get some food from there.

But Krist said laying on my bed that it would be better if he goes back to his own room to take shower cause he is feeling kinda tired now.
I just nodded & left the room.

Krist POV:

I was really feeling tired from the whole chaos today. I was so happy when Singto sang a song for me there & actually declared our relationship on stage.

I was laying on the bed it's already been 20 minutes Singto left me now. I still hadn't gone to freshen up so I quickly got up. I noticed Singto's wallet also fall down when I got up. So I bend down to pick it up. But it only get worse when I picked it up. Things shattered on the floor from the wallet. I tried to insert things properly in his wallet.

But there was a thing which grabbed my attention unknowingly. A small, old yellowish envelope .
Upon the envelope there was written

"Should I kill myself just to be with you?"

Curiosity got the worse of me so opened the envelope & saw some photos in it.

Those photos were of Singto smiling, posing, clinging to a person

Which is

ME?????

But this is not me I never photoshooted with him like that. I don't even  have the clothes the person is wearing who is with Singto. Honestly this picture kind of also looks old like the picture had been taken few years back from now on. But I know him just for 6 months then how can the photos be so old looking. Here Singto also looks younger too.

Before I can figure out something more I heard a voice, "Ohhh Kit are you still here?" It's Singto.

He came into the room. I quickly put the things into his wallet. Why? I don't even know that.

"Kit see day by day I am becoming such a forgetful person. I had gone to brought the food when I was in the restaurant I figured out my wallet is not there with me. Like how can I forget my wallet uhhhh it's so important right?" He was chanting things to himself.

Then he looked at me frowning his eyebrows.
"Heyy Kit why are looking at me like that? I am sorry okay I didn't mean to forget to bring my wallet. You already rested yourself much. This time let's go we will go there & eat together. My treat, happy now?" Then patted my shoulder.

"Who is HE?" I asked.

"Who who? Kit you can't just possibly get jealous to every person I talk or I know. Atleast you should give some clues right?" Singto said chuckling.

But I wasn't in the mood of laughing or taking things lightly to talk.

So I pulled out the photos from his wallet showing him I said, " What is this?? How you have this photos of mine with you when we haven't photoshooted like this ever???"

His eyes grew bigger & his face got pale.

"Tell me who is this??? Because I surely know that this person can't be me." I said.

After sometime Singto said in a low voice, " This is my Friend. He died 7 years ago."

"Huuuuhhhhh?!?!?!!? What?? But how your Friend looks like me?"

"How can I know that?"

"Then tell me why do you have your friend's photo in your wallet? Just a Friend huh?? Or is he your that bestfriend you were talking about last night???"

I can see that Singto is trying hard not to make any eye contact with me.
So I placed my right hand on his chin to make him look at me.

"The reason you made me your boyfriend because I look like him isn't it?"

"No it-it's not that---" He tried to say but cutting his line I yelled at him
"Don't say anything. Damn I don't even know what to say. All this time I thought you were with me but instead you were with a person who just only look like your past lover. When ever you look at me you only see him isn't it?" I yelled making distance from him. I turned my back to him.

After sometime of silence he said,
"I do miss him. You surely remind me of him. What do you more need to hear?"

I looked at him.

"You walked into my Cafe, started to come everyday then ask me to be your boyfriend. Even you yourself told me you look like him. I never forced anything on you to do or to act. But can you imagine how I feel? Do even know how I feel??" Then he yanked my shirt's collar with his hands.

"But I love you." I said with a low voice looking into his eyes. His grip on my shirt lighten up.
He is in a verge of crying now.

"But I also never said I don't love you." He said weeping. Then rested his head on my left shoulder.

"Then why did you used me as your toy?" I asked. He encircled his hands on my neck crying harder.

He cried more hearing my words. My shirt was getting more wet from his tears. I knew I was hurting him by my words but the pain in my heart it's too much. It's already aching too much. I feel like I am just a thing he used &  when his need will end he will soon trash me.

"I'll take whatever punishment you will give me.
I'll be okay with whatever decision you will take.
But don't just run away from me please stay please I am requesting you please."
He said crying between it.

"Will you be true to your words this time?" I said with a voice with no emotion.

He broke the hug gripping on my hands tightly he said ," Krist I never lied to you. Believe me."

"Hiding the truth is as same as lying Singto. But you already said you will be okay with whatever decision I take right?"
He was looking down the whole I was talking. Then listening my words he only nodded.

"You used me first let's make it equal now."

I grabbed his arm harshly yanking him I dragged him towards my room.
