"Cassie, hate to bother you... Umm can you come downstairs?" I hear Piper call out to me.

"How did it go?" I ask walking down the stairs.

"Do you think you can watch a baby for us?" Piper holds it out to me.

"Where did this little guy come from?" I take him from her and hold him.

"We sorta vanquished its mommy." Paige makes me smile at the baby and it sticks its lizard like tongue out.

"He's so dang cute." I smile making funny faces at him.

"I'll take it as you will help watch him?" Piper asks.

"Of course. Do you have any of Wyatt's old clothes I can put on him?" I ask her.

"I'll be right back." She rushes upstairs. When she comes back I dress the baby up and get him to sleep. "When you're older do you want kids?" Piper watches me with the baby.

"Yeah, I do." I answer her.

"I can tell you're gonna be a really good mom." She give me a smile.

"Thank you."

"I still can't believe we vanquished its mummy." Phoebe watches from afar with Paige the next morning.

"Yeah, but we didn't know it was a mummy and besides, mummy tried to kill us." Paige tells her.

"I know, still, look at how cute he is. So adorable. Oh, except when he does that weird little thing with his tongue." Phoebe says making me laugh as I mess with him.

"No, it's cute." I tell them.

"I wonder why he looks so human?" Paige asks.

"I don't know, but he won't for long." Phoebe tells her.

"You know he could be half human, right?" I say as Piper walks in.

"Okay, Wyatt's upstairs, so at least he's..." Wyatt orbs into the playpen. "Safe." Piper finishes her sentence.

"Don't worry about Wyatt, he's got his protective bubble. He'll use it if he needs it." Phoebe tells her.

"Plus, it looks like he likes his new friend." Paige adds.

"That is not a friend, that's a demon." Piper corrects her.

"Not exactly, he's just a baby." I tell her.

"Excuse me, you weren't at the same vanquish as me? Because it took all three of us to stop his mother." Piper explains.

"Cassie's right. It doesn't mean he's gonna turn out that way." Paige tells her.

"He doesn't have a choice, it's genetic." Phoebe uses that as an excuse.

"No, I don't think so. Okay, maybe I'm a little biased because I am in fact adopted, but I really think there's something to that whole nurture versus nature thing and predicting how a kid is gonna turn out. You know, the classic environment versus biology argument." Paige explains to them and I agree with her.

"But this is not a child, it's a demon." Piper tells her.

"As I said since he looks normal, he's probably has a normal daddy." I speak up again.
