CHAPTER TWO . 11-10-2021 . 1919 words
WEDNESDAY 08:00
on his way to school, the student was debating on telling his friend or not. on one side of things, tubbo would definitely help- but does he want to get help? it could put tubbo in trouble or in danger.
but on the other hand, tubbo would definitely be able to know when something is wrong, and even though what's happening isn't a small event, tubbo would worry himself sick.
"what's up boss man? you alright?" the attempted to put his arm around tommy, but it ended up landing on his backpack, he made no offer to move it as they walked.
tommy didn't even notice he had already finished the thirty minute walk- he didn't even take his earphones out to listen to music while he walked. "you look tired and ugly," tubbo one poked at the eye bags.
"i always look handsome, what do you mean?" tubbo rolled his eyes at the comment, "i need to talk to you, it's something serious," tommy said, he decided to inform tubbo of the dilemma.
concern and worry fashed by tubbo's face, before it returned to his resting sad face, he hummed as an answer, and moved the conversation onto a block game they both liked. tommy was more than thankful that he wasn't asked any more questions yet.
lunch came anxiously slow for both of the boys, tommy was spending his classes wondering what will he say and what tubbo's reaction would be, while tubbo was mentally listing all the things that could be wrong with his other half (coming up with some... odd scenarios to say the least).
the second their fourth bell rang to start lunch, tommy grabbed his brown haired friend and dragged him to their usual spot, to a deserted corner that was away from any prying ears.
they got some weird glances and whispers thrown their way as they raced down the hall, getting in trouble by the school's staff a few times but ignoring it.
tommy wringed his knuckles, he hated the sound of bones cracking, but the action itself brought him somewhat comfort. tubbo stayed silent, he was curious but didn't want to force it out of his friend, "i have jelly tots, want some?" he asked.
he took the yellow share packet out of his bag and ripped the seal off, he poured some onto tommy's outstretched hand and quickly took all the green ones before the younger put them all in his mouth. "right so."
tommy sat down on the grassed hillside and picked at the grass blades, tubbo joined in, he put his jumper down beside sitting on it. "you are going to have a grass ass," he joked, since he noticed tommy needed another minute to put his words together.
"i got kidnapped?" it came out more as a question than anything. it came out so fast it took tubbo a minute to comprehend it.
"like yesterday? are you-" he stopped talking when tommy shook his head at the first question. "i'm going to need more info than that."
