All Pepper and Amelia could do was watch as Tony entered the race. The cars sped through the track, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until a man walked out onto the track. It happened in seconds: he unfurled two long whips that sparked with electricity, his mechanisms burning away his clothes, and sliced straight through one of the cars.

"Pepper, go find Happy," Amelia ordered. "Get the car, and get the damn suit to Tony."

"And what about you?"

Amelia pulled her case from under the table, clicking a button and allowing her suit to fold onto her body. "I'm gonna raise hell," she said, and flew right through the window in Tony's direction.

Amelia gasped in horror as she saw the Stark race car get sliced in half by one of the electric whips. Her wings gave out as she lost her focus and she almost fell into the exploding cars below, but she quickly regained composure. She landed with a loud thud behind the man in what would be typical Iron Man fashion.

The Stark shot at him with a large ball of fire, which made him groan in pain as the skin of his bare back burned. Before she could get in another hit, he flicked his whip around her arm and pulled her into the air, making her fall beside the car Tony was trying to escape.

"Asshole!" Amelia yelled, attempting to distract their assailant from her already weakened brother. She then spoke to the AI in her suit. "JARVIS, rain fire."

When she said it, she meant it literally. Small panels opened on her shoulders that revealed similar - smaller - concentrators to the ones she used for her wings. For this, however, when she focused her fire on it, it sprouted out like small raindrops that eventually fell back down, raining on her opponent. He fretted as he tried to avoid the fire, hopefully giving Tony enough time to get away.

Once again, he managed to overcome the attack and forced Amelia to the ground with his whips. He approached the car, slicing it to access the inside. However, by the time he had done it, Tony was already gone. Turning to Amelia, he moved his arm back to attack her, only for Tony to hit him across the back of his head with a piece of the chopped up car.

He slashed and slashed and slashed at both the Starks, until finally the force of an exploding car knocked them both back, putting some distance between themselves and the man.

"Ah!" Amelia yelled as Tony began patting the flames on his arm. She extinguished them quickly with her pyrokinesis. "You need to run, Tony!"

"No, what I need is my suit!"

"We're working on it!" Amelia told him.

"Who's we?" he asked.

It was at that moment that the two heard the screeching of time, signifying Happy and Pepper's approach. "Them."

Happy rammed the car into the man as Tony climbed the fence to avoid the hit. "Are you okay?" he yelled at the siblings.

"No," Amelia said.

"Yeah," Tony corrected, jumping down from the fence. "Were you heading for me or him? 'Cause I can't tell."

Amelia leaned down to the back window, where Pepper was hyperventilating. She placed her gloved hand on her friend's shoulder while Tony began to complain. "Tony, I think she's having a panic attack."

"Yeah? Well, I'm panicking after just being attacked!" he retorted.

"Are you out of your mind?!" Pepper screamed. "Get in the car right now!"

"You're CEO. Better security measures. God, it's embarrassing," Tony said as he headed for the door, but Amelia was focused on the man that was beginning to stir on the hood of the car.
