Over the past number of months, I've compiled different perspectives to form a complete analysis of the 2014-2016 Creepypasta experience community—especially for experiencers in the newer generation to understand. I created two surveys to help build upon that, but only one was relevant to the participants. Of seven, only three candidates for the surveys were available.
I initially hoped for a relatively wide range of participants: those who were opposed to the experiencing community, ones who shared strong beliefs within the community, and others who were caught somewhere in the middle. Instead, the three volunteers were those who positively associated with the community at the time it was relevant to us.
The following entry is a compilation of unabridged, candid answers from the three participants who were kind enough to contribute to my search—as well as a footnote with my personal input at the end.
Expect a lengthy read, but it's by far one of the most important entries.
In order of completion of the survey, our three featured survey-takers are:
• Leia (also known as Tyeler), 20, she/her - previously associated with the Top Ten proxy group, though not by membership.
• Laura, 19, she/her - a friend through Quotev—a past experiencer with loose ties to the Top Ten.
• CC, 23, she/they - a friend through Quotev—a past experiencer, generally avoidant of the Top Ten.
