𝖤𝗇𝗍𝗋𝗒 #𝟪: 𝖯𝗎𝗉𝗉𝖾𝗍 𝖲𝗍𝗋𝗂𝗇𝗀𝗌 (𝟤)

I vowed to myself I wouldn't use any of my entries as a platform to expose or reveal others in a negative light, but I now believe there should be an exception for those deserving of being addressed for their disgraces. I'd internally debated with myself whether I should post this entry, but I ultimately found it necessary to approach the topic.

In the entry prior, I reviewed the YouTube channel Puppet Strings (previously Toxic Ann) and its content accordingly. I'd since dug deeper than the superficial level I previously analyzed, and I find it imperative to discuss further thoughts regarding the Puppet Strings channel and its creator, Anastasia Marie Gault.

In this video in particular, Ann presented glaring lies with a vague mist of truth to them.

One of the aforementioned lies (although minor in the grand scheme of things) is how she suggests the SCP Foundation is real despite common belief. Strictly contrasting against her claim, pages officially associated with the SCP Foundation are not only supporting but promoting the Foundation as fictional, as with any creatures or events portrayed in the stories. The official SCP Foundation Wiki page states "[They] are a creative writing website. All the SCPs are fictional. The Foundation is fictional."

Aside from her discrepancies in regards to the SCP Foundation, Ann also presented invalid points when discussing Buddy Manson—Eyeless Jack's roommate/friend in college. With a simple Google search, you can find not only is Buddy a real person, but he has a Twitter page (@ buddy_manson) created in 2010—before Ann's video was uploaded. His Twitter profile seems to be the origin of the identifying photo of him in Ann's video. This is where the validity of Ann's statements end.

Buddy didn't attend college in Massachusetts, much less within the United States, where Jack went to pursue higher education. Rather, according to the most recent updates on his Twitter, he resides in Jakarta—an entirely different region of the world. He also speaks fluent Indonesian, with minimal knowledge of how to speak English.

Additionally, the image Ann had provided to identify Jackson Tyler Hemmerson is of New York-based sketch comedian, writer, and actor, Anthony Jackson. His most promoted endeavor is a project entitled New Team Honeybear, which is a collaborative sketch comedy project featuring Jeff Mondoro.

Ann further fabricated various statements about a string of cases regarding kidney theft in the 80's. To support her claims, she attached a photo of a person hunched over with a long segment of stitches tracing their back, and provided a caption indicating said person was an "actual victim" of the kidney theft which took place during this time.

If you screenshot the photo in the video and perform a reverse Google Image search, you'll find the image initially captured a lung cancer patient after undergoing surgery for their disease. Additionally, the photo Ann implemented into her video was a digitally manipulated version.

In the edited product, the patient was made to appear more masculine with graying hair, while the patient in the original photo was a brunette female. She also had a tattoo on her right shoulder-blade, presumably blocked out by Ann to avoid identifying features. It's blatantly the same photo, considering the patterns of the stitching and the faint discoloration within the skin. It's also notable that the subject of the photo is in the same position and room.

The most disheartening and difficult topic to acknowledge is the highly graphic photo displayed at the end of the video. The photo doesn't exhibit Jackson Tyler Hemmerson's corpse, nor is it grotesque SFX makeup. Instead, it reveals the graphic mutilation of a man from Brazil.

The image was initially posted on a website called Documenting Reality, which is similar in concept to pages like BestGore and The Real Faces of Death. Such sites depict a vast catalog of gruesome images often connected to violent deaths and severe injuries, sometimes containing brief context to the images attached. In the case of the photo used by Ann, the victim was found at a farm in Brazil by the authorities on August 28, 2013 around 10 AM. He was discovered shot in the head with his eyes gouged out.

It sincerely horrifies and unnerves me that someone like Ann would discover an image of a genuine murder victim and exploit them for the sake of manipulating YouTube subscribers.

This man wasn't murdered to be known as someone he's not.

He wasn't killed to be perceived as a murderer himself.

This man didn't go through the torture of his eyes being gouged out only to falsely be known as the real life counterpart of a fictional character namely adolescents aimlessly idolize.

This man once was a living, breathing human being; he had people who loved him who now miss him. He had loved ones who no doubt were mortified by the manner in which he was killed. He had a life which meant something to someone.

He didn't die just so some internet personality could gain views and subscribers.

Do you not have any humanity, Anastasia?

Sit the fuck down and have some respect for the dead.
