Perhaps this is considered an unpopular belief, but I recognize when profiles with eerie display names and URLs interact with my content—namely the accounts maintaining a proxy persona with the purpose of harassing or manipulating the community.
If their library is viewable and composed of "Creepypasta X Reader" fan fictions and ficlets, I often dismiss them and simply move on. Though once these profiles project themselves to spread misinformation and harass other users, I find their behavior compulsory to address.
A profile under the name IMCOMINGSOON compiled and published a list of users in the present experiencing community on Quotev, akin to the Top Ten list mentioned in the first entry. I wasn't included in this compilation, but I share the right to speak on the matter as well.
I communicated with the person behind the IMCOMINGSOON profile, pushing back until they ultimately confessed to it being a troll account.
