"Yogna al dul."

No POV:

"Corpse." Sykkuno said as he tightened his grip on Corpse's arm.
"Stop telling yourself that, I do care about you!"

"Sykkuno! Buddy you there?" Toast sounded like he was right around the corner.

"I'm not just saying that to comfort you- I don't care about you as just a friend- I..." Sykkuno couldn't finish his sentence.
"You're gonna say "I love you" to an alien? Good job Sykkuno." He told himself.

Corpse stood there silent as Toast and Rae returned.
"Oh Jesus fucking christ- What the fuck?" Toast said as they saw Corpse still aboard the ship.

Sykkuno either chose not to notice them or didn't care as he pulled Corpse into another hug.
"I thought you didn't care about me." He finally confessed.
"Corpse..." They both fell to their knees as Corpse hugged back.

"Toast, are they okay?" Rae whispered.
"I have no clue..."

"What is it?" Corpse asked.
"How do I say "I love you" in whatever language you use?" Sykkuno asked almost laughing as he looked up at Corpse.

Corpse laughed as he responded,
"Yogna al dul Avar."
"Yogna al dul Avar." Sykkuno repeated happily, neither of them seemed to care two other people were also there with them.

"Then I'd say, "Yogna al dul Sykkuno."." Corpse added.
"Is- is Avar your name?"
"Maybe."

Sykkuno made sure to remember that as he looked at Corpse's "bunny side". He finally looked happy. Not just his smile but it's brown was lifted, and his eye seemed to glow more. "Is'not "Corpse" anymore, he's Avar." He reminded himself.

"Alright, this is cute but I'm sorry, Avar? Has to go." Toast said, there was hints of worry in his voice. Rae stayed quiet.

Avar and Sykkuno stood up and Avar turned to the admin door. His smile stayed on his face but he didn't seem all to happy.

He fixed his posture as two tendrils with knife-like ends shot from his back. He took a step toward the others.

"Hey! Wai- Wait!" Sykkuno said as he pulled Avar's arm again.
"Toast have you already reported Kaylie or Poki's deaths yet?" There was silence as everyone waited for what was next.

"N- no. I haven't." Toast answered a lot more worried this time.
"Can't we report one of them as the alien? So he doesn't have to go?" Sykkuno asked as he gestured to "Corpse".

Toast hesitated,
"Can we vote on it?" Rae suggested,
"I think Avars pretty cool- besides the whole, murderer thing." She added.
"Then I'd be 2 against 1 if Toast says no." Sykkuno concluded.

"Sure. But... no more killing? Please?" He said relieved as Avar's tentacles retracted.
"Only if you piss me off." He said.
"Is that an attempt at humor?" Toast laughed uncomfortably.
"No, jus'a fact." Avar responded but he said it jokingly, none of them could tell if it was a joke though.

"Alrighty then, you two have the rest of your moment together- imma go do.. something- buh-bye!" Rae said as she slipped out of view.
"I'll go join her." Toast said as he walked off leaving them alone.

Avar turned back to Sykkuno, his smile had fully returned. He once again locked Sykkuno in another hug.
"I have something to show you." He said pulling slightly away from Sykkuno.

"Hmm?" Sykkuno hummed as Avar moved his hand up to his face. His thumb reached the right side of his face the his index reached his left. A quiet pop sound came from where Avar had his hands, and his "bunny side" seemed to slide off his face.

It was much easier to tell how he felt after Sykkuno could see his whole face. He was smiling, and so was Avar.
"I love you Avar."
Sykkuno said as they shared their first kiss.

"Yogna al dul Sykkuno."

Kinda bad ending? Yeah- or at least I think so! It's currently 12:31 am and I need to wake up in 6 hours for school :]

ALSO the name of the book is gonna change but I wanna remake the cover first so... it'll happen later!

ALSO ALSO I'm writing another story it's not really a fan fiction (at the time of writing this the first part is not even published yet) but I have another character named Avar in it CORPSE AND AVAR ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON,, ONLY IN THIS FAN FIC! But if your interested in the story it'll be called
