[HIATUS] Suchan Captured! Jungle Juice AU {WEBTOON}

Chapter 2

Huijin sat in her room, alone without Dohwa. She pounded her fist on the desk. "Dammit Suchan! Where have they taken you and Dohwa?" She picked up  Goliath Birdeater barb and stared at it as if it might give her the answer to her questions. Then a knock came on the door.

"Hyseong? What are you doing here?" 

"Professor Jun Ji wanted me to come to get you. He said he had something important to tell us." Hyseong paused, looking nervous while Huijin's eyes lit up.

"Hey! do you think it has something to do with Suchan and Dohwa's location? Maybe they found out where Pet Shop is located!"

Hyseong smirked. "Maybe, I hope so." the hope in his voice was thin. "Anyways, let's not keep Professor Jun Ji waiting.

Huijin and Hyseong made their way to Professor Jun Ji. Standing next to him were two other students, Hyeona Bang, a silkworm, and Daun Jeong, a spiny orb-weaver spider. The professor had his arms crossed, a stern look on his face. Hyseong closed the door behind himself and Huijin as they walked in, both taking their place in front of Professor Jun Ji.

"I've called you here for two reasons." Professor Jun Ji started. "First and foremost, Hyeona and Daun have decided to temporarily join your team while we search for Suchan and Dohwa." The two fellow students smiled at Hyseong and Huijin, Hyeona giving a little wave. "As for the other reason I've called you here today..."

At Pet Shop:

Suchan's thoughts felt hazy as he opened up his eyes. He wiped off some drool that was on the side of his face and sat up slowly. He looked around and didn't recognize where he was at all. He looked up and saw a blue sky speckled with clouds, but after a few moments, he realized that there were bars going across the sky and that he was in a greenhouse-like structure. Suchan's eyes widened as a chill ran through his body, causing him to shiver. The more he looked around, the more trapped he felt. 

Suchan flew up to the glass with a burst of speed, banging on it with his fist. He zipped around the space he was in, searching every corner for a way to escape when he saw movement at the door only visible door. The wings on Suchan's back shot him forward like a bullet...right into a slew of webs.

"Oh come now. I give you the room with the best view and the first thing you try to do is escape." Breeder sighed and walked over to the dragonfly caught in his web. He placed his knuckle under Suchan's chin. "Glad to see that you're still fiesty though." A cold glint shone in the silver-haired man's eyes. "It makes it even more worth it when you get trained. Speaking of which-" 

Breeder pulled out a container from a bag he was wearing and opened it. Suchan's eyes widened at the smell of its contents. His mouth started watering as he glanced longingly in the container's direction. But he caught himself and clamped his jaw shut, swallowing hard. "What do you want from me?! And where am I?" Suchan said as his senses returned to him.

"You're at the Pet Shop, and I want you to become my pet." Breeder smiled. "But for you to be my pet you need to eat up first." He took out the contents of the container, dangling the piece of meat in front of his dragonfly.

Suchan pulled his head back, but his mouth continued to water at the sight and smell of the meat.
