𝖄elena brekker was like any normal girl at her school in brighton. she always attended her classes, does her homework and turns it in on time, basically did everything her teachers would give her to do as a homework assignment.
she didn't really need any friends because she already had a friend at home, her dog Cosmo. cosmo's her best friends and wouldn't go anywhere without him really, wouldn't even go to the cinemas without him, skateboarding while walking him, running away from shop owners when stealing something for either her or cosmo, it was always a laugh when you saw the girl and her dog on the streets of kemp town, Brighton.
one day, she woke up with a mysterious man in her bed, she teleported and got knives from the kitchen ( something she didn't know she could do ) and put it to his neck demanding to know who he was.
he said that he was cosmo, promised he was cosmo. she made him show her. he turned into a dog, her cosmo, that she loves and adores, then back into the human form of a man. she was shocked to say the least. i mean, wouldn't you if your dog turned into a man? after that incident, she had asked cosmo to help her figuring out her powers, with her mom and father both abandoning her, she had no one else to go to so it seemed hopeless. but when she was watching the telly with cosmo, scrolling through the channels, she found a channel where professor Charles Xavier was giving a presentation about mutation. she needed to find him.
she walked with Cosmo by her side to the university where he was giving his presentation. she waited outside till she saw him leave, she walked up to him and a girl who was with him. introduced herself and Cosmo, and told him about her powers. he immediately took her in and found other mutants like herself and made a team called the X-Men and couldn't be more happier where she was.
