That time when you and Willow despised each other, one for the murder of your friends she had done with a flick of a bullet and another reason for being a police officer.

Right now, you were exploring the Old Oak, a large forest containing only large trees blocking the sunlight shining upon the land.

You couldn't forget what happened to your colleagues who had been cooperating with you. They were last seen at the outpost bringing out supplies required to barge into the plant.

And then, they were shot on their heads when you weren't looking. What you only see is a revolver held by someone sneaking behind the walls.

That memory is still stuck on your head even until you reached a large building in front of you. But it was occupied by members on grey clothing. Your knuckles clenched, ready to slam it to the culprit.

You believed it's a refinery which will earn you all the needs you were soaring around for. But what you only have is a gun which is a bad thing when someone strike your head or dissect you with a knife.

Then, there was a female wolf exiting the building who held a revolver with her index finger entangled around the trigger.

With the revolver looking similar, you swiftly hoisted your gun and aim it at the wolf.

"Steady, steady..." You spoke to yourself, aiming perfectly at her head that was staring down on the ground.

"And..."

Your finger is ready to pull the trigger and burst her brains, until her eyes made contact with you. She be getting a sharp eye when looking around.

"Look what we have here." The smug grin worn on her face caught you off guard. Intensity brought your gun down as the wolf approached you.

"Someone having the guts to take revenge from the past." Revolver on her pockets, she eyed you from head to toe. From the look of the eyes, it was a brink of excitement; to take you down again like how she did to you before the infection.

Your looks on your face showed a full eager to kill someone, eyebrows furrowing and a cold frown.

With the eye contact going on for minutes, the grey-clothed group approached you by standing behind the wolf. There were two types of how they approach, the stern looking one and then there was this delighted cat, looking like she wanted to have a fight with you instead.

"And here we go, audiences from your face."

"Your face also caught up some attention as well, if you were approaching me, you should've shot me dead." You retorted, earning an interested expression from a presumably the leader of those same suited members. You heard sounds of them cheering from your thrilling action.

"Well, you just stand there not making a comeback and gosh, look at your face after I take revenge on you as well."

"So it was you who shot them!" You exclaimed, but then was stopped by a panda pointing her tip of the sword at you.

"Pandy, lower your sword; you are not in charge of this battle." The panda then lowered her sword, obliged to her order.

"Willow- or whatever your name is, let's take this somewhere else!"

"Bring it on then." Willow nodded, leading you to an empty space as the goons she have glanced at the separation between her and them. Therefore, causing them to follow their leader's steps to continue the cliffhanger you put.

------------------------------------------------------------

"Now, I'm gonna shoot you to death, okay?" You threatened to make her atmosphere tense.

"To be honest, gun fights are no fun, I might end up killing you instantly. How about punch and kick?" The tables have turned by the wolf you want to duel with.

"Ok then!" Tossing the gun aside you prepared your knuckles and flex it to Willow, "For my friends you shot!"

"Ha!" Mused Willow with her foot landing a blow in your gut.

Even though you and Willow scurried away from the rest of her team, the T.S.P. members were still enjoying the fight like watchers seeing a fight scene in movies.

They all of course wished Willow to win the fight and throw you off to the ravine or a jail.

Hands, legs, playing around and flail mercilessly to each other's bodies, mixed with groans of pain.

"I'm gonna beat the hell out of you until you never move again-"

It was all violent and intense until something smelled smokey. Willow smelled further, until it smells like fire.

"Willow! The kitchen's on fire!" A lola cat popped up from the crowd as she ushered the rest of the members to extinguish the flames.

With the rest of them left, you and Willow looked at each other.

"Looks like you got what you deserved."

"Well technically you also got what you deserved."

Then both of you widened their eyes.

"Damn, we have same problems." Willow was the first one to speak up about this entire quarrel, while easing her bruises with her furry hand.

"So what does it have to do with this?"

"You see, hothead, we might as well ally instead of killing each other because of similar experiences."

Even though she ceased herself from punching you again, you still refuse to ally with a murderer. Also, fire on the building was easier to recover than friends passed away by a gun shot by her.

So you refused her offer for truce.

"If you know the similarities we have, I lost my family in your hands like how you lost your friends on my hands."

So, fire wasn't the reason she wanted a truce with you. Loss it is. At the first thought you assumed her reasoning as some sort of bluffing played in this duel.

Comparing it between friends and family, they were the ones that made you alive.

Which means, it might be possible to truce with Willow.

"So? Are we going to call this a truce?"

You decided to nod, only for you to give her a temporary duration since it's a truce,

"We don't hate each other right now, but until after infection."

She hummed in response, looking at you with a happy expression. You began questioning how a lying, mean wolf would just sort it out like a light villain.

"Sounds like a good agreement, so this thing's a deal."

"It sure is. Now let's sort out your mess before I leave." You sighed, with the two of you getting inside the base where her team cried for her absence while the yellow cat doing dangerous activities.

As this was a first time calling a truce with Willow, you felt regret on doing this, but since this is infection and fighting would not help.

This might as well be a permanent bound between you two if the cure wasn't found.
