Is Young related to the case?

- Oracle, gather all the information for us regarding Dr. Young, - Batman said as he, Spider-Man, and Winx left the dock. - In the cave, I'll go over all the data.

- IN THE CAVE? - she didn't understand, - On Arkham Island?

- I set it up a few years ago to be prepared for a situation like this.

- How did you manage to keep it a secret?

- You know I can do that.

- I thought he was going to say "Because I'm Batman," - Stella joked.

- It's possible, - Bloom agreed.

- So you think Young was experimenting with Venom, - Oracle speculated, - the same substance that made Bane a monster?

- He was like Hulk, - Musa interjected, making Spidey and her friends laugh and making Batman roll his eyes.

- He was stronger than usual, - Batman said, agreeing with Oracle. - The problem is, for sure, that Joker needs Venom. We'll head to Cape of the Dead. We'll contact you from the cave. 

After finishing the connection, the team hurried to the right place, dealing with Joker's bandits in the process.

- What's the story with the Cape? -  Tecna asked as they ran, - It's been a favorite suicide spot on the island for the last hundred years.

- I saved one prisoner, - Batman replied, - He almost collapsed on the rocks. I found the entrance to a cave, and I've moved a lot of supplies into it over the years. You might say it's a backup cave.

- Great, - then they ran to the Cape, - Where to go next?

- I don't see any cave entrance, - Flora agreed as they looked around. 

Instead of answering, Batman took a leap of faith

- Now I see.

- Let's go, girls, - Spider-Man said before jumping off. 

He rode a spider web to the cave entrance. Winx just flew in.

- The room is uninhabited, - a voice said as Spider-Man and Winx entered through the secret passage, - Activate defense protocols.

-The code is DK-27-19-39.

- The security system is disabled, - the team moved on through the cave.

- Guys, maybe we should get a cave of our own sometime, - Tecna asked as she looked around. 

Batman, on the other hand, sat down at his computer. Thanks to the data from Oracle, much became clear. Young was in charge of a project that was funded in a big way. She was also conducting experiments on Arkham patients. The new drug, called Titan, only partially matched the original formulation of Venom. A number of changes have been made to enhance its effectiveness. And unlike Venom, only a small dose of Titan triggers the change. Also, the team has to find Young's formula early. After all, if it falls into Joker's hands, the clown will create an entire army of Bane.

- I thought the Green Goblin was a total psycho, - Spider-Man concluded while Batman put something that looked like a claw to his hook gun.

- You don't say, Peter, - Bloom agreed. 

Everyone went quickly to get Young. They made their way to the manor through the catacombs. Then they went through the old sewers. Stella chose to remain silent. It's true that Joker's bandits are also looking for Young to take away the formula. That's why they had to deal with them.

- I found something else about Young, - Oracle contacted them, - According to the bank records, she's been receiving payments. The money had been coming in since April of last year and stopped coming in two months ago. She did not receive any more money. The money came from a private company owned by one Jack White.

- Joker's favorite alias, - Batman realized.

- He used to pay money to let Young build an army for him, - Spider-Man noticed.

- But then he stopped, - Bloom added.

Upon arrival at the main hub, Oracle reported that it wasn't funding that had stopped, and Young froze her account in order to get her money back. Because she realized who was paying her. That's where it all fell into place. Joker had to return to Arkham in order to find Young, take the Titan formula, and make an army of his own. Oracle also hacked into Young's mailbox. In it was a letter of resignation to escape, as well as correspondence with Joker. The correspondence consisted of threats, flat jokes, and pictures. Young, on the other hand, asked him to stop the experiments, because they were too dangerous. While Oracle was talking about what she had found, Batman, Spider-Man and Winx had already made it to the surface at the north end of the island. Now they had to hurry to the manor. As they approached the guard towers, Batman suddenly stopped the others.

- Snipers, - the Protector of Gotham explained, pointing to the watchtowers, - They must be removed, but quietly.

- We'll do it in a minute, - Bloom said. - Stella, come with me.

The best friends climbed the towers. Bloom on one, and Stella on the other. Each knocked out a sniper neatly and silently, thanks to a special spell. Those standing below were dealt with the usual way. After passing through the gate had to remove the snipers again. Through the passage in the ventilation had to reach the entrance to the mansion. Inside again had to clash with Joker's goons.

- We can do this all day, - Musa declared after she'd slapped one of the thugs. 

They had to get into the main hall through the vent as well. After another scuffle, everyone emerged into the West Wing corridor, where Batman quietly knocked out a bandit with a special collar. The guard said Cash was in the next room. The team rushed there immediately. Except the bandits turned out to be armed.

- Thank you, - Cash thanked after the heroes knocked out the bandits and then untied him.

- Where's Dr. Young? - Batman asked.

- I told her to run to her office and hide. Those thugs were looking for her.

- Is that where she keeps her notes?

- I think so. She was so anxious to get in there. Her office is that way.

- When did this happen? We need to find her notes before Joker does.

- Twenty minutes ago or more. What's so important about these notes?

- The notes that Joker wants, - Bloom said. - You'd better stay here.

- No problem,- Cash said, - I'll contact those, who is in the vicinity by radio.

It wasn't difficult to get to the entrance to Young's office. They had to climb up through the air ducts, thought

- Somebody got ahead of us, - Bloom assessed.

- There's no sign of forced entry, - Spider-Man said as he looked at the door.

- That means someone knew the combination to the safe, - Musa added.

- And how will we be able to know who it was? - Flora asked.

- I'll do it now, - Tecna said, walking to the computer. 

After the techno-fairy finished hacking into the data, everyone knew that Young had taken her records. Batman used the evidence scanner to find Young's fingerprints on the safe. Next, the team set out on her trail.
