Nightwish fun fact: Recording Oceanborn was really hard for all members of the band and especially for Tarja. She would often cry on the floor because of how difficult it was. She didn't have much support from her bandmates either since Tuomas would tell her to cry or to cry and to sing. One of the hardest songs for her to sing was the ending of Passion And The Opera which required a technique, she hadn't mastered yet. In fact, Tero and the band had to trick her into singing it, since she was unable to do it under pressure. They told her that the tape wasn't rolling and to " just try it" and that was what ended up in the album
