I end up at a hotel I decide to stay here for a couple days I just don't wanna see Brooke idk why it hurts so much it's not like she cheated or we confessed we liked each other it's just we've been flirting she was probably just being nice UGHHH why couldn't I see that obviously she was just being nice why would she like me I broke up with her. our relationship is confusing at the moment i don't know if we're even friends.
I'm scrolling through TikTok when I get a call from Bryce I go to open my mouth to talk but I get cut off with Bryce screaming at me "JADEN WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU ITS ONE AM" im not I'm the mood so I just say "I'm at a hotel I'll be here for a while I'm not sure when I'll be home" And end the call and turn off notifications I can't be dealing with this.
BROOKES POV
I wake up on Payton's chest I manage to wriggle out of his arms and go to mine and jadens room I knock no answer so I knock again still no answer I then just walk in and see the rooms empty I run and check the whole house and I don't see him anywhere I start to panic and run to Josh's room. "Josh have you seen Jaden anywhere idk where he is" I say really panicking now. "No b I haven't let's go ask Bryce" "okay"
We walk to bryces room to see he's still asleep... josh nods at me and I go to the kitchen and grab two glasses of water and walk back to Bryces room. I give one glass to josh and i hold the other one "3...2...1" I whisper as we pour the water on him immediately waking him up "WTF WAS THAT FOR" he shouts me and josh laugh "sorryyyyyy but have you seen Jaden" I say "uh yeah... well no he's gone to a hotel and he says he doesn't know when he'll be back" "why" I choke out why would he just leave to stay at a hotel Is it something I did or "he never said but he sounded upset on the phone" "oh okay" I say looking down "sis what's wrong you seem upset" "I'm fine" I say looking out the window"
BRYCES POV
I've known Brooke since she was born I know she's upset and doesn't want us to know "brookie what's wrong I know somethings wrong" I say to her she looks at me and gives me a small smile before walking over to me and sitting on the bed next to me and whispering "I need to tell you smth" I look at her as if to tell her go ahead "I uh likejaden" she says really fast not whispering anymore. did she just say that I think she says "Brooke say it slower I didn't quite get that" she breathes oit before looking at me again "I like Jaden" she says really quietly just above a whisper. Yep I heard it right "omg we have to go to jaden" "she looks at me confused "he left his location on let's go"
Btw josh had already walked out to get ready I definitely didn't forget he was there 😭
BROOKES POV
I cant believe I just told him that but I did now we're going to find Jaden I quickly run to mine and jadens room and change from my pjs into some brown baggy jeans and my honey top with my white air forces
And quickly post on insta as I haven't in a while

I run into the spare room and Payton's still asleep I wake him up "Payt the boys are awake quickly sneak out the window thanks for cheering me up yesterday" "your welcome brookie text me later yeah" "yeah" he kisses my forehead and goes home
I walk downstairs "I'm ready" "FINALLY" the boys scream in unison "I didn't take that long" "yes you did now come on" Bryce says walking out the door we drive for about 30 minutes when we arrive at the hotel jadens location is showing we walk up to the desk "Hi is there a Jaden hossler staying here" I say to the lady "There is why?" She says run a bitchy tone I look at the boys as what do I said they both shrug "What's his room number" i say "I can't just be giving out peoples room numbers what are you too him" I panic idek what we are "She's his girlfriend I'm her brother and his Bestfriend and he's his brother" josh says saving me "Fine he's in room 394 on the 3rd floor" "Thank you"
We walk to his room and knock he answers in a shock "How did you guys find me" he asks Bryce pulls out his phone "Damn it" "Can we come in" I ask quietly "Sure"
We all walk in and sit down "Why'd you do it" I say "Do what" Jaden asks "Run away" Bryce says kinda angry "I needed to get away from uh everything" he says rubbing his neck and looking down "Jaden you've been my best friend for years I know something wrong" I say to him "Fine I got jealous okay" "Of what" "You and Payton" he says quietly "What" I ask "Brookie are you dumb I like you okay I can't get you off my mind and when I saw you cuddling with Payton I got jealous happy" he says "I..I like you too" I say looking down "We're gonna leave you two to it" josh says grabbing Bryce's arm and walking out the room.
"I'm sorry for cuddling with Payton he was comforting me and I fell asleep and then he did too an-" he cuts me off by kissing me
I immediately kiss back...
